Buying Brussels Sprouts…..

When buying Brussels Sprouts pick firm sprouts that are bright green in color. Fresh sprouts will need to be kept in refrigeration to prevent the leaves from turning yellow. Choose young sprouts as old sprouts have a strong, cabbage‐like odor. Avoid wilted and blemished sprouts and those with yellow leaves.
