Today’s Menu: Chef Boyardee Cheese Ravioli in Tomato Sauce w/ Baked Garlic Bread Loaf
Just a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea for Breakfast this morning. 68 degrees and partly sunny. After my Tea I went and picked up Breakfast for Mom at McDonald’s. Back home I got the cart and yard tools out and worked on the back yard. It’s a mess between the hard Winter and Moles! Later I ordered new Wood Chips from the local Boy Scouts. I order every year from them. They’ll deliver it in late April. For Dinner tonight Chef Boyardee Cheese Ravioli in Tomato Sauce w/ Baked Garlic Bread Loaf.
Didn’t feel like making a big meal but I wanted a hot meal but one that was easy to prepare. The Chef Boyardee Cheese Ravioli doesn’t get much easier and at the same time a very tasty meal. It comes in a can and to prepare it; just empty contents into medium saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally until hot. And it’s done! Doesn’t get much easier than that. Delicious, easy to prepare, and 1 sauce pan to clean. Nice size Ravioli, good tasting Tomato and Cheese Sauce, and love the Cheese that’s in the Ravioli. Makes a good hot meal. And it’s only 180 calories and 28 net carbs per serving. I topped it with a sprinkle of Basil and Shaved Parmesan Cheese. It’s 210 calories and 36 net carbs per serving.
I also Baked a loaf of New York Bakery Garlic Loaf Bread. Then for Dessert/Snack later a bowl of Skinny Pop – Pop Corn and a Diet Mango/Tea Snapple to drink.

Today’s Menu: Chef Boyardee Lasagna w/ Texas Toast (Lite)
For Breakfast this morning I prepared a Sunny Side Up Egg, Simply Potato Shredded Hash Browns, 2 Buffalo Breakfast Sausage Patties, 2 slices of Aunt Millie’s 1 Calorie Wheat Bread (topped with I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter), and had a cup of Bigelow Decaf Tea. I usually don’t have a Big Breakfast but I was starved this morning! First time I prepared the Wild Idea Ground Breakfast Sausage. It comes in a 1 lb. package and I form the Patties. These cam out delicious, another great Buffalo Product from Wild Idea Buffalo!
Cloudy, rain and 52 degrees out today. Just did a few chores around the house today. I got everything done and just kicked back and got caught up on some shows I had recorded. Had no clue on what to have for Dinner. Wanted a hot Meal but something not real heavy and easy to prepare. Bring on the Chef! For Dinner tonight Chef Boyardee Lasagna and Texas Toast (Light).
I’ve always been a huge fan of Chef Boyardee products and love their Chef Boyardee Lasagna, Ravioli, and Spaghetti and Meatballs. To prepare it; the easy part! Just empty the contents into a small sauce pan, put the lid on, and heat on medium until heated through. Just stir it occasionally and your done. The Pasta Lasagna is excellent and the Tomato and Beef Sauce it comes in is very good. I know there’s better stuff out there but from time to time I love having Chef Boyardee.
I also baked a slice of New York Bakery Lite Texas Toast, one of my slices of this. I hear they no longer make it. For Dessert later a Jello Sugar Free Dark Cherry Jello.

Today’s Menu: Chef Boyardee Chili Mac w/ Baked Crescent Rolls
Just a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea for Breakfast. Rolled out to get the papers this morning and the cars and grass areas had snow on them, not a lot but slightly covered. For the day it was 38 degrees, partly cloudy and very windy that took the wind chill to around 33 degrees. Not such a great day for Opening Day here for the Cincinnati Reds. This was the only day that Mom and Dad would let me stay home from school back when I was in Elementary School. They knew how Baseball crazy I was! Opening Day around this area is like a National Holiday. So I had another bad day with my sinuses and sinus headache. If the weather would just stay warm or cold I would be fine but as long as our weather flips back and forth between the 2 my sinuses will continue to be bad. I wanted a hot meal and something easy to prepare. So I settled on Chef Boyardee Chili Mac w/ Baked Crescent Rolls.
First time I’ve had this in many of a year. As all Chef Boyardee products it’s easy to prepare and delicious! The Chili Mac is as it describes, Macaroni with Beef in Chili Gravy. To prepare it just empty the contents into saucepan. Heat over medium heat until warm, stirring occasionally. Ready to serve! Plenty of Macaroni along with plenty of Beef. And that Chili Gravy is so good, seasoned just right. There’s 270 calories and 23 net carbs per serving.
I also baked a small roll of Pillsbury Crescent Rolls. I just love these, they go great with any meal. For Dessert later a Jello Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Pudding.

Today’s Menu: Peanut Butter Sandwich
For Breakfast this morning I Poached an Egg and served it on a Thomas Light English Muffin. I also had a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. 57 degrees and sunny out today. About Noon I got the cart, rake, leaf blower, and weed spray out of the shed. I raked the front yard and sprayed around the yard for weeds. Then I sprayed 5 of my neighbor’s yards for them. After that I went inside and laid down for a while. I’m just not feeling up to par. Come Dinner I wasn’t hungry. I wanted a little something, something easy to fix. So I made a Peanut Butter Sandwich.
To make the Sandwich I used Aunt Millie’s Light Whole Grain Bread and Jif Reduced Fat Peanut Butter. 2 Ingredients and no clean up, can not get much easier! Just spread the Peanut Butter on the Bread and serve. I’ve always used Jif over the other brand and Smooth over the Chunky. I may have made the best Peanut Butter Sandwich ever in my life, it was very good! Later on I did Microwave a Microwave Container of Chef Boy Ardee Beefaroni. Love the Chef Products! For Dessert later a Jello Sugar Free Dark Cherry Jello.

For Breakfast I toasted a Thomas Light English Muffin that I spread with Smucker’s Sugar Free Blackberry Jam. Also had my morning cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. Sunny and 79 degrees out. After Breakfast I took Mom over to Meijer, she needed a few things. Back home I got the cart out of the shed and helped my neighbor clean out his shed. He has a heart condition and can not lift anything over 10 lbs. Took most of the day, it was a mess! For Dinner tonight. Chef Boyardee Spaghetti and Meatballs and Texas Toast Light.
I’m sticking with Chef Boyardee again tonight. Last night I had the Lasagna and tonight its the Spaghetti and Meatballs. First time trying this one from the Chef. To prepare it pour the pasta into saucepan.Heat it over medium heat until hot, stirring occasionally. Ready to serve! Excellent Meatballs and Sauce. Makes an excellent and quick Spaghetti Dinner!
I also baked a slice of New York Bakery Light Texas Toast. For Dessert later a Jello Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Pudding topped with Cool Whip Free. Stay Safe Everyone!

For Breakfast this morning I prepared Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns, heated up some Meijer Diced Ham,and made a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. I made a bed of the Hashbrowns in a bowl and sprinkled some Sargento Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Next I put the Diced Ham over top the Hash Browns and served.And had my morning cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. 86 degrees, very humid, windy, and thunderstorms moving through during the morning. Took it easy as my allergies were running wild, again! Just did a few chores around the house today. For Dinner tonight Chef Boyardee Lasagna and Texas Toast (Light).
