Today’s Menu: Penn Station Subs

Just a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea for Breakfast this morning. 87 degrees and sunny out today, lower humidity also. I was given some more Pepper Plants yesterday so I headed off to Meijer this morning to pick up a couple more Plant Boxes along with Potting Dirt. Back home I got the Plants planted. Watered everything down. I have to Fast after 11:00 tonight for my Scans and X-Rays tomorrow at the Hospital. Everyone send me some good thoughts and prayer that it’s not Cancer. I’ll keep everyone updated. So the Kitchen closed. And so with the Kitchen shutdown it’s Penn Station Dagwood and Reuben tonight!

Lazy this afternoon so I had to order out. We really enjoy Penn Station Subs, so Subs it is! I ordered a couple of Subs for us. Mom had the Reuben Footlong with Fresh Cut Fries and I had the Dagwood on a MultiGrain Bun with Turkey, Salami, Ham, and American Cheese. We’ve made this a regular stop, these are so Delicious! The Fresh Cut Fries were good too! Great Job as always Penn Station! For Dessert later a Jello Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Pudding.

Took Mom over for Radiation Treatment, number 12 with 8 to go! She’s really done good, very proud of her! We both wanted something light and easy to prepare. So the Kitchen closed. And so with the Kitchen shutdown it’s Penn Station Dagwood and Reuben tonight!

To start this day off I had a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. A high of 45 degrees and sunny. Still very windy out which made it feel around 37 degrees. Did a load of laundry after my Tea. Cleaned the house after Lunch, dusting and vacuumed. Nothing sounded good for Dinner tonight and Mom was about the same way. We finally decided on Penn Station! So with the Kitchen shutdown it’s Penn Station Dagwood and Reuben tonight!

To start this day off I Scrambled a couple of Eggs. I topped them with a sprinkle of Sargento Off the Block 4 State Cheddar Cheese and some Ortega Smoky Chipotle Taco Sauce, Served on a toasted Thomas English Muffin and also had a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. A high of 41 degrees and partly sunny. Did a load of laundry after Breakfast. Did a few chores around the house. After that I caught up some shows I had recorded. Not a lot to do. I decided to shut down the Kitchen for Dinner, Penn Station tonight!

To start this day off I had a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. A high of 36 degrees and snow showers to start the day. The temps dropped through out the day to the 20’s with a wind chill in the teens. Good day to stay in and prep for Christmas Dinner. While Mom was doing that I cleaned the house, dusted and vacuumed. Later I made some Seafood Dip and BBQ Cocktail Sausages. Something for us to snack on the next few days. Later on I baked 14 mini loaves of 3 different kinds of Quick Bread. I then took them as gifts to many of my neighbors. I love doing stuff like this! So with everything going on I decided to shut down the Kitchen for Dinner, Penn Station tonight!
