To start this morning off I had my morning cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. 69 degrees, mostly cloudy, and windy outside. After Lunch I got my cart, leaf blower and rake out of the
shed for yard sprucing up. Kept the cart out for a while and took a spin around the neighborhood. Mom wanted Pizza tonight. So for Dinner tonight I shut the Kitchen down and it’s Domino’s Pizza tonight.
I was going to prepare Dinner but Mom wanted Pizza. I ordered a Small Hand Tossed Pizza from Dominos. We had toppings of Pepperoni, Extra Italian Sausage, Green Olives,
Mushrooms, Black Olives, Robust Inspired Tomato Sauce, and Cheese. Dinner is served! For Dessert/Snack later a 100 Calorie Mini Bag of Snyder’s Stick Pretzels with a Diet Lemonade/Tea Snapple to drink.

Today’s Menu: Kitchen closed, Domino Pizza tonight
To start this morning off I Poached an Egg and served it on a slice of toasted Aunt Millie’s Live Carb Smart Wheat Bread. I also heated up a couple of Johnsonville Turkey Breakfast Sausage Links along with my morning cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. 54 degrees, cloudy, and rain after Noon today. Before the rain set in for the day I got some yard work done. Yesterday I had house siding washed down, gutters cleaned out, shed washed down, and the driveway cleaned and scrubbed. So that’s out of the way for the year. I grabbed a rake and the leaf blower out of the shed and cleaned off the deck and then raked the front yard. Things are starting to take shape outside! For Dinner tonight I shut the Kitchen down and its Domino’s Pizza tonight.
I had a good meal all planned out but after it started raining I settled down inside and watched TV and worked some CrossWord Puzzles. That was the end of the Dinner Plans. I ordered a Small Hand Tossed Pizza from Dominos. We had toppings of Pepperoni, Extra Italian Sausage, Green Olives, Mushrooms, Black Olives, Robust Inspired Tomato Sauce, and Cheese. Dinner is served! For Dessert later a Jello Sugar Free Dark Cherry Jello. Take Care and Stay Safe All!

Nothing for Breakfast this morning. I had to fast until I went to the Doctor for my 4 month check up. I did have a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea after I got back. I should have the
results by the end of the week. 48 degrees and sunny out today, nice day out there. They say near 6 o degrees tomorrow. Back home I went to Meijer for quite a few items we needed. The prices just keep going up! Meat prices are way out of control. They say it’s going to be a lot worse as the year goes on. After I got back home a friend of mine called and needed to go to the Auto Parts place to pick up a few items to get his car working again. Then back home again I went over to my neighbor’s house and worked on getting his driveway cleared of ice. Too hectic to cook tonight so it’s Pizza for Dinner tonight. So the Kitchen is closed and it’s Domino’s Pizza tonight.
I ordered our favorite, a Medium Domino’s Hand Tossed Pizza Large with Cheese, Sauce, Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Mushrooms, and Black Olives, Green Olives. As always the Pizza
arrived on time, hot and delicious! For Dessert/Snack later a 100 Calorie Mini Bag of Snyder’s Pretzel with a Diet Peach Snapple to drink.

Today’s Menu: Domino’s Pizza
I made a Breakfast Skillet this morning for Breakfast. I used a small Cast Iron Skillet to prepare it. I used 1 Egg Sunny Side Up, Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes, Cook’s Ham (Diced),
Sargento Off the Block Mozzarella, and a couple of shakes of Frank’s Hot Sauce. I also had a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. Delicious way to start a Winter’s Morning. Wind Chill was in the Teen’s this morning. For the day it’s cloudy and 31 degrees. Did a load of laundry after Breakfast. Cleaned the house today, dusted and ran the vacuum. After that an afternoon of Basketball and NFL Football Playoff Games. It was so relaxing I shut down the Kitchen and ordered a Pizza from Domino’s.
Mom wanted the Domino’s Sweet BBQ. Chicken with Bacon. I’ve had this many times and love it! But for me I orderd a Small 10 inch Hand Tossed Pizza. For Toppings I had
Pepperoni, Extra Italian Sausage, Black Olives, Green Olives, Mushrooms, Robust Inspired Tomato Sauce, and Cheese. I had a couple of slices and saved the rest of it. Excellent Pizza and Service! For Dessert later a Jello Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Pudding. Take Care and Stay Safe All!

Then an afternoon of College Football. Mom wanted a Pizza for Dinner tonight. So the Kitchen is closed and it’s Domino’s Pizza tonight.
I ordered our favorite, a Medium Domino’s Hand Tossed Pizza Large with Cheese, Sauce, Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Mushrooms, and Black Olives, Green Olives. As always the Pizza arrived on time, hot and delicious! For Dessert/Snack later a 100 Calorie Mini Bag of Snyder’s Pretzel with a glass of Ice Water to drink.

For Breakfast this morning I had a 2 Egg Scrambled Egg, 2 Johnsonville Turkey Breakfast Sausage Links, I toasted a slice of Bread, and had a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. 69 degrees with heavy rains on and off all day. So not a lot to do outside today. After Breakfast I did a load of laundry. Next it was house cleaning day. I dusted and ran the sweeper. Then I cleaned the inside windows in all the rooms. Mom wanted a Pizza for Dinner tonight. So the Kitchen is closed and it’s Domino’s Pizza tonight.
I ordered our favorite, a Medium Domino’s Hand Tossed Pizza Large with Cheese, Sauce, Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Mushrooms, and Black Olives, Green Olives. As always the Pizza arrived on time, hot and delicious! For Dessert/Snack later a 100 Calories Mini Bag of Snyder’s Pretzel Sticks with a Coke Zero to drink.

had in a while! After my Tea I went outside and got some yard work done and watered all the plants, the plants are full of Roma Tomatoes and various Peppers. Later in the day my cousins came over. First time they have been over in quite some time, great seeing them and catching up! Too hot to cook tonight so the Kitchen is Closed! It’s Domino’s Pizza tonight, at Mom’s request!

Today’s Menu: Pizza Muffins
Just a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea for Breakfast this morning. 72 degrees and sunny out, cooler out today. Plus it’s Cicada Free! Great day to get some yard work done. I got the
cart out of the shed along with the rake, hedge clippers, weed spray, and leak blower. I was ready for yard work. I went over to my neighbor and gave him a hand with his yard. Good day of yard work! For Dinner tonight I prepared some Pizza Muffins.
One of those days I wanted something a light hot meal. So I usually have a Pizza Muffin for Lunch every now and then, so why not Dinner. I’ll be using Thomas Light English
Muffins. For toppings LaRosa’s Pizza Sauce, Jennie – O Ground Turkey, Hormel Turkey Pepperoni, Dried Oregano, and Sargento Mozzarella Shredded Cheese.
Earlier I got the Jennie – O Ground Turkey out. I sliced a small amount off the Roll and cut that into smaller chunks. I grabbed a skillet and sprayed it with Pam Non Stick Spray.
Turned the stove burner to medium heat. When heated I added the Ground Turkey Pieces. Cooked until browned and cooked through. Removed the skillet from the heat and put them in a bowl until ready to use. And yes I did sample several pieces!
I first turned the oven on to 400 degrees. Next I got a small baking sheet pan out and lined with foil. I sprayed a light coat of Pam Non Stick Spray on it. Time to build the Pizzas. I
first sliced the English Muffins in half and laid them on the baking sheet. And added the toppings.
I first put the Sauce on the Muffin Halves. Followed by the Mozzarella Cheese, the Turkey Pieces, the Turkey Pepperoni, and sprinkled the Oregano over the top of each Pizza. Put
the sheet pan in the oven and let them bake. You want to bake these until the ingredients are heated through and the Cheese melted.
The Pizza Muffins came out perfect! The Cheese and the other toppings worked out great. Delicious light Dinner, an easy cleanup also. For Dessert later a Breyer’s 90 Calories
Cookies and Cream Ice Cream Cup.
