Today’s Menu: Baked Zesty Herbs and Spice Fire Grilled Wings w/ Savory Herb Potatoes and Texas Toast (Light)

For Breakfast this morning I made what’s become my favorite Breakfast. I fried some Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns, Heated up some Meijer Diced Ham, fried an Egg Sunnyside Up, made a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. I made a bed of the Hashbrowns in a bow and sprinkled some Sargento Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Next I put the Diced Ham over top the Hash Browns then put the Sunnyside Up Egg on to top it off. Also had my morning cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. Mostly sunny and 54 degrees out, some rain showers moving in for tomorrow. Cleaned the house today, vacuum and dusted. Then did some work on the computer. Dusted and cleaned then ran all the scans and deleted old files. For Dinner tonight I prepared Baked Zesty Herbs and Spice Fire Grilled Wings w/ Savory Herb Potatoes and Texas Toast (Light).

I had tried the Cooked Perfect Buffalo Wings last week and loved them. So this week I’m trying the Cooked Perfect Zesty Herbs and Spice Fire Grilled Wings. They come Seasoned in Thyme, Sage, and Peppers. They come frozen so you can prepare them in the microwave or in the oven, I went with the oven method.

To prepare them; Preheat the oven to 375° F.Grab a baking sheet, line with Foil, and spray it with with Pam Cooking Spray. Place the Wings on the baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 15 minutes, turn the Wings, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving. These are just as good as the Buffalo Wings, if not better! Served with some Litehouse Lite Blue Cheese Dressing.

I could just have the Wings but Mom and Dad always have to have at least one side dish so I prepared a carton of the Little Potato Company Savory Herb Potatoes. A favorite I always pick while at Meijer are the Little Potato Company Savory Herb Potatoes. We have these quite often and really enjoy them. The Potatoes come in a microwavable tray. Just pop the tray in the microwave for five minutes and mix in the seasoning pack and you have a nutritious and tasty Potato Dish. These are definitely a good item to have in the pantry! So easy to prepare and no clean up. I also boiled some Green Giant Mini Eras of Sweet Corn. You can’t beat this corn, best there is! For Dessert later a Weight Watcher’s Cookies and Cream Ice Cream Bar.

Today’s Menu: Baked Smokey BBQ Chicken Wings w/ Baked Fries

For Breakfast this morning I toasted a couple of Eggo Waffles and had a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. After Breakfast I had to go to Meijer and pick some things up for the Thanksgiving Dinner. The stores are getting crowded early today, everyone picking stuff up for Thanksgiving. I stopped by McDonald’s and picked up Breakfast for Mom and Dad on the way back home. I cleaned the house today, we have a few people coming over for Thanksgiving Dinner tomorrow. Also did a load of laundry for Mom.Well my Scans, Blood Work, and Exam all came back Cancer Free! Going om 14th year, this coming year, Cancer Free! For Dinner tonight I prepared Baked Smokey BBQ Chicken Wings w/ Baked Fries.

Mom had a bag of Tyson Smoky BBQ Wings so I prepared the whole bag of them for everyone for Dinner. To prepare them I just followed the instructions on the bag. Preheated the oven to 450°F. Then lined a rimmed baking sheet with foil and sprayed with non-stick spray. Placed the frozen chicken wing sections on the pan in a single layer. Then baked the on upper rack for 38 minutes, until the juices ran clear when thickest part of the chicken temperature read 180°F. on an instant thermometer. The Wings came out perfect! They crisped up nice and had and excellent Smokey BBQ flavor. I had a side of Litehouse Lite Bleu Cheese Dressing for dipping the Wings in.

To go with the Wings I baked some Alexia Organic Yukon Select Fries. Seasoned them with McCormick Grinder Sea Salt and Black Peppercorn Medley. Baked them at 425 degrees for 16 minutes. They bake up beautifully and seasoned just right, excellent Shoestring Fry! Plus they are only 120 calories and 15 net carbs. I also cut up some Celery Sticks for a side. For Dessert later a Jello Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Pudding topped with Cool Whip Free.
