Today’s Menu: Turkey Frank Cincinnati Style Cheese Coneys

For Breakfast this morning I had a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. 83 degrees and partly cloudy out today. I was all caught up on my work around the house. So after Lunch I went over to my cousin and her kids and then over to a friend’s house. Good to see everyone! For Dinner tonight it’s Turkey Frank Cincinnati Style Cheese Coneys.

We just love our Cheese Coneys around here I used Ball Park Smoked White Meat Turkey Franks, an excellent Turkey Frank! I boiled them, it took about 6 minutes and they were ready, plump, and delicious. Plus they are lower in calories and carbs than most other Hot Dogs, 45 calories and 5 carbs!

I heated a can of Skyline Chili with Beans for my topping. We prefer the Chili with Beans over the Chili with no Beans. It just gives the Coneys even more flavor with the added Beans! I served everything on a Aunt Millie’s Live Carb Smart Hot Dog Buns. Put the Frank in the Bun then topped it with French’s Yellow Mustard, the Chili, and Sargento Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Shredded Cheese. Had a small side of some Skyline Oyster Crackers with a few drops of Frank’s Hot Sauce on them, which is a common way to have them here in the Cincinnati area. We love our Chili, Chili Dogs, Chili Spaghetti, and Hot Sauce here in the Cincinnati area. For Dessert/Snack later a 100 Calorie Mini Bag of Snyder’s Pretzels with a Coke Zero to drink.

Today’s Menu: Turkey Frank Cincinnati Style Cheese Coneys

For Breakfast this morning I had a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. It’s another scorcher out there! 95 degrees and with the  humidity we had a heat index of 105 degrees! So I did some yard work and watering of bushes early before the heat and humidity set in. Right now everyone’s yard is baked and brown. We haven’t had a good soaking rain in a long time. Sure hope we get a break in this soon.

I served everything on a Healthy Life Wheat Hot Dog Buns. For Dessert/Snack later a 100 Calorie Mini Bag of Snyder’s Pretzels with a Diet Dr. Pepper to drink.

Today’s Menu: Skyline 3 Way – Chili, Spaghetti, Cheese w/ Side of Oyster Crackers

For Breakfast it was a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. 84 degrees and mostly sunny out, low humidity also. The last 4 days it’s been hazy sunshine. We are getting the smoke from the Oregon Forest Fires. At dusk the sky has been red caused from the ash particles in the air. I can imagine how terrible it must be out West. I spent most of the day moving all the smaller items back into the back bedroom. We had new flooring put in yesterday, and it looks great! Lot of work but it has to get done. So I took the easy way out for Dinner by using the microwave! For Dinner tonight I prepared a package of Skyline 3 Way – Chili, Spaghetti, Cheese w/ Side of Oyster Crackers.

After a long day of moving everything back into the spare room/pantry I wanted something easy to prepare. So why not some Skyline 3 Way – Chili, Spaghetti, Cheese w/ Side of Oyster Crackers. Nothing says comfort food more than a Skyline 3 Way! As always I used my favorite, the Skyline 3 Way – Chili, Spaghetti. It comes packaged for the microwave, a bit smaller size than what you get at a Skyline but just right for those that want fewer calories and carbs than the normal size. It comes with Spaghetti topped with Skyline Chili. To prepare it, it couldn’t be easier!

It comes in a microwavable pouch. Easily prepared – Just shake the pouch. Then tear the corner off to vent while cooking. Place the pouch standing upright in the microwave. Then microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute and it’s ready! And I needed this. I had not had this in a while and as always it really hit the spot!

Poured the Chili/Spaghetti into a bowl, added a couple of shakes of Frank’s Hot Sauce, topped it with Sargento Reduced Fat Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese. I also had a side of Skyline Oyster Crackers. And if you’re having Oyster Crackers, then Frank’s Red Hot Sauce is a must! Just add a few drops on top of the Crackers, it’s the local way to have your Oyster Crackers. For Dessert/Snack later a 100 Calorie Mini Bag of Snyder’s Pretzels with a Coke Zero to drink. Take Care All and Stay Safe!

Today’s Menu: Turkey Frank Cincinnati Style Cheese Coneys

For Breakfast this morning I had a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. 61 degrees and sunny out today, no rain! We had to take my Mom’s car to the shop again. I think her air conditioner needs freon, at least I hope that’s what is. Back home I got the cart out and did yard work today. For Dinner tonight I prepared Turkey Frank Cincinnati Style Cheese Coneys.

Today’s Menu: Turkey Frank Cincinnati Style Cheese Coneys

For Breakfast this morning I toasted a Thomas Light English Muffin and topped it with Smucker’s Sugar Free Blackberry Jam. I also had a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. Woke up to about an inch of snow on the ground! Some places had 2 or more inches. It was just 64 degrees yesterday afternoon. This weather is why I’m having so many problems with my sinuses. The snow was just on cars, rooftops and the grass areas. The roads and such were to warm to stick. After Lunch I went and picked out new flooring for the spare bedroom where I’m at most of the time. We turned this into a den and have our food pantry back here. For Dinner tonight, another one of Mom’s favorites, I prepared Turkey Frank Cincinnati Style Cheese Coneys.

We love our Cheese Coneys around here I used Ball Park Smoked White Meat Turkey Franks, an excellent Turkey Frank! I boiled them, it took about 6 minutes and they were ready, plump, and delicious. Plus they are lower in calories and carbs than most other Hot Dogs, 45 calories and 5 carbs!

For Breakfast this morning I prepared some Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns, fried some Bologna Slices, made a fried Sunny Side Up Egg, and had a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. Went  out to grab the Morning Papers this morning and it was 15 degrees but the wind chill took it to around 7 degrees. Had a high of 25 degrees and sunny but the wind chill kept it in the low teens all day. 40’s and 50 degrees coming up next week! Did a load of laundry after Lunch. All caught up on everything. The guy doing some indoor repairs for us came today and repainted the laundry room and the entrance way this afternoon also. For Dinner tonight, another one of Mom’s favorites, I prepared Turkey Frank Cincinnati Style Cheese Coneys.

Today’s Menu: Turkey Frank Cincinnati Style Cheese Coneys

For Breakfast this morning I fried up some om favorite Glier’s Goetta. I also cooked up some Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns and had a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. I have been having Goetta for quite a few years. I normally use the Glier’s Turkey Goetta but right now you can only find the regular Goetta. After Breakfast I did a load of laundry. After that did some chores around the house. Our neighborhood on our street has it’s first Covid Virus household. Both the husband and wife has tested positive. So glad I stay over 8 feet from people around here. I just hope the upcoming vaccines work and we try to get back to normal. For Dinner tonight I prepared Turkey Frank Cincinnati Style Cheese Coneys.

Today’s Menu: Skyline 3 Way – Chili, Spaghetti, Cheese w/ Side of Oyster Crackers

For Breakfast it was a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. 54 degrees and cloudy out today. I had one of those rough nights last night. Phantom Pains kept me up all night. These were very painful! They let up around 1:00 this afternoon. I am completly spent. So I caught up on sleep and resting the rest of the afternoon. Hopefully better tomorrow. For Dinner tonight I prepared a package of Skyline 3 Way – Chili, Spaghetti, Cheese w/ Side of Oyster Crackers.

After dealing with Phantom Pains all night I wanted something easy to prepare. So why not some Skyline 3 Way – Chili, Spaghetti, Cheese w/ Side of Oyster Crackers. Nothing says comfort food more than a Skyline 3 Way! As always I used my favorite, the Skyline 3 Way – Chili, Spaghetti. It comes packaged for the microwave, a bit smaller size than what you get at a Skyline but just right for those that want a few lower calories and carbs than the normal size. It comes with Spaghetti topped with Skyline Chili. To prepare it, it couldn’t be easier!
