Today’s Menu: Country Style Chicken Breast Strips w/ Smashed New Potatoes and Harvest Grain Loaf Bread.

Wanted something quick and easy so I used Pilgrim’s Pride Country Style Chicken Breast Strips. Very easy to fix, bake 25 – 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Done! Moist and very tasty! Had sides of Smashed New Potatoes and Kroger Bakery Harvest Grain Bread. I quartered the New Potatoes and seasoned with a light spread of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sea Salt, Ground Black Pepper, and Parsley. Microwaved for 7 minutes and used a hand masher to smash them up a bit.
