Today’s Menu: BBQ Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast Sandwich w/ Baked Crinkle Fries

 

 

For Breakfast I toasted a Thomas Light English Muffin and topped it some Smucker’s Sugar Free Blackberry Jam. Also had my morning cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. Cloudy and 58 degrees outside today. I rearranged some shelves in the shed and repaired a couple of shelves. That was about it for my day. Well we are starting our 4th week of isolation, with weeks to go! For Dinner tonight I prepared a BBQ Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast Sandwich w/ Baked Crinkle Fries.

 

 

I’m using the Wild Idea Buffalo Pulled Chuck Roast. This is so tender and incredibly flavorful. It comes already cooked and seasoned, so just heat and serve! It’s Seasoned with, Organic Apple Cider, Organic Lime Juice, Onion Powder, Cumin, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Chili Powder, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Oregano, Cayenne Pepper. And that’s why it’s so flavorful! Delicious Pulled Buffalo that you just heat and serve.

 

 

I used a small sauce pan that I sprayed with Pam Non Stick Cooking Spray. Added the Buffalo and heated it on medium low until heated through. I served it on a Healthy Life Wheat Hamburger Bun and topped it with some Jack Daniel’s Honey Smokehouse BBQ Sauce. What a sandwich, just incredible flavor! The Wild Idea Buffalo Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast is so flavorful and tender. It just has such a deep and rich flavor to it.

 

 

For my Fries I’m using Ore Ida Crinkle Cut Fries. Seasoned them with McCormick Grinder Sea Salt and Black Peppercorn Medley. Baked them at 425 degrees for 16 minutes. They bake up beautifully and seasoned just right, excellent Shoestring Fry! Plus they are only 120 calories and 15 net carbs. For Dessert/Snack later a bowl of Skinny Pop – Pop Corn with a Coke Zero to drink.

For Breakfast I toasted a Thomas Light English Muffin that I topped with Smucker’s Sugar Free Blackberry Jam and had a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. More Rain showers and 48 degrees out today. After a light Lunch I took my Hoveround outside under the carport and gave it a good cleaning. It needed a good cleaning. Cleaned the outside frame and then got the leaf blower out and blew out all dust and grime around the wheel base and batteries. Looking good! For Dinner tonight one of my favorites, the Wild Idea Buffalo – Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast. For Dinner tonight; a Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast Hoagie w/ Reduced Fat Potato Chips.

Put a slathering of Kraft Reduced Fat Mayo with Olive Oil on the bottom half of the Roll. I love that word “Slather”, It just sounds like good food! Added the Pulled Chuck Roast. Next I topped it with some Jack Daniel’s Honey Smokehouse BBQ Sauce. What a sandwich, just incredible flavor! The Wild Idea Buffalo Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast is so flavorful and tender. It just has such a deep and rich flavor to it.

I served my Sandwich with a side of Meijer Reduced Fat Potato Chips with a Caffeine Free Diet Coke to drink. For Dessert later some slices of a Honey Crisp Apple.

I just had a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea for Breakfast. Gone most of the day at a friend’s house. They had a family emergency so I helped out where I could. Hopefully every thing will work out for them. For Dinner tonight I prepared a BBQ Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast Sandwich w/ Baked Crinkle Fries.

For Breakfast this morning I toasted a Thomas Light English Muffin. Next I heated up a al fresco Country Style Chicken Sausage. Topped that with a 1/2 slice of Kraft Deli Style Sharp Cheese. Served it all on the English Muffin, love those Breakfast Sandwiches! I also made a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. Partly cloudy and 95 degrees out! I thought Fall was almost here! For the date it was a record high around here yesterday and today. More hot weather on the way. Did some yard work early before it was too hot. Then settled in for an afternoon and evening of College Football! So for Dinner tonight I prepared a BBQ Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast Sandwich w/ Baked Crinkle Fries.

Today’s Menu: BBQ Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast Sandwich w/ Baked Crinkle Fries

 

For Breakfast it was Skillet Potatoes and Ham for Breakfast. I used 1 package of Simply Potatoes Steakhouse Seasoned Diced Potatoes and a package of Meijer Diced Ham to prepare it. Just cook the Potatoes according to the package instructions and with about 5 minutes of cooking time left add the Diced Ham. I topped it with a sprinkle of Sargento Reduced Fat Cheddar/Jack Cheese. Just love this skillet meal! Cloudy and 84 degrees out there today. I had to have Mom at the Dermatologist at 11:30. Just a follow up to the precancer cells that were on her face. Plus she’s still moving slow from the fall she took on Monday. We stopped by Meijer after the Doctor visit, Meijer just a 1/2 mile down the road. So for Dinner tonight I prepared a BBQ Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast Sandwich w/ Baked Crinkle Fries.

Just a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea for Breakfast, not much of an appetite this morning. More rain and 50 degrees outside today. There is flooding all over this area, the Ohio River is up over its banks. They say no rain tomorrow and I hope they are right we need to dry out around here. Cleaned the house today and did a couple of loads of laundry. Today is Mom’s Birthday, she turns 91! I hope that if I reach her age that I’m as in good as health as her! People see her and how she gets around and they can’t believe she’s 91. Happy Birthday Mom, I love you! For Dinner tonight I heated up the leftover BBQ Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast . Tonight its BBQ Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast Sandwich w/ Baked Crinkle Fries.

Today’s Menu: BBQ Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast Sandwich w/ Baked Crinkle Fries

 

 

For Breakfast on this Sunday Morning I made some Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns, Heated up some Meijer Diced Ham, fried an Egg Sunnyside Up, made a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. I made a bed of the Hashbrowns in a bow and sprinkled some Sargento Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Next I put the Diced Ham over top the Hash Browns then put the Sunnyside Up Egg on to top it off! One delicious Breakfast anytime of the week! Its a Wintery Morning out today. We’ve had Rain, Sleet, Snow Flurries, and Freezing Rain. Snowing or raining most of the day. Sort of down and out today, still dealing with my Sinuses. Rested most of the day. So for Dinner tonight I prepared a BBQ Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast Sandwich w/ Baked Crinkle Fries.

Today’s Menu: BBQ Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast Sandwich w/ Baked Fries

 

 

For Breakfast on this Saturday Morning Mom prepared some French Toast. For our Syrup for the French Toast we used Log Cabin Sugar Free Maple Syrup, only 20 calories per serving! Then I heated up some Johnsonville Turkey Breakfast Sausage Links. And as always I had my morning cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. Mom makes the French Toast around! Love a good Breakfast! Partly cloudy and 57 degrees out, I actually seen some sunshine! Finally drying out after 2 days of heavy rain, but more showers on the way Sunday. Got the cart out of the shed along with the rake and leaf blower. Leaves and limbs everywhere after the wind and rain of two days. Got the front yard and deck all raked and clean. The backyard and side yards were to wet for me to get my cart on. Watched some College Football for the rest of the afternoon. So for Dinner tonight I prepared a BBQ Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast Sandwich w/ Baked Fries. I had been wanting the Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast for a while. I went to the freezer to find a package and thought I was out of it but then found a 1/2 pack of it in bottom pull out drawer of the freezer. I laid the package in the fridge overnight to thaw. Delicious Pulled Buffalo that you just heat and serve. I used a small sauce pan that I sprayed with Pam Non Stick Cooking Spray. Added the Buffalo and heated it on medium low until heated through. I served it on a Aunt Millie’s Reduced Calorie Whole Grain Hamburger Bun and topped it with some Jack Daniel’s Honey Smokehouse BBQ Sauce. What a sandwich, just incredible flavor! The Wild Idea Buffalo Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast is so flavorful and tender. It just has such a deep and rich flavor to it.

 

 

 

 

 

For my Fries I’m using Alexia Organic Yukon Select Fries. Seasoned them with McCormick Grinder Sea Salt and Black Peppercorn Medley. Baked them at 425 degrees for 16 minutes. They bake up beautifully and seasoned just right, excellent Shoestring Fry! Plus they are only 120 calories and 15 net carbs. For Dessert/Snack later a bowl of Skinny Pop – Pop Corn and a Diet Peach Snapple to drink.

Today’s Menu: BBQ Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast Sandwich w/ Baked Fries

 

 

For Breakfast on this Saturday Morning I prepared a Cheese Omlet. I made it using Egg Beaters and a slice of Sargento Ultra Thin Sharp Cheddar Cheese. I also heated up a couple of Johnsonville Turkey Breakfast Sausae Links and toasted a slice of Aunt Millie’s Light Whole Grain Bread. And as always I had my morning cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. Love a good Breakfast! Partly Cloudy and 87 degrees, and a higher humidity.

 

 

 

 

After Breakfast I took my car up and washed, much needed! Then to McDonald’s to pick up Breakfast for Mom. Did some laundry and house cleaning. Later on went out and trimmed some of vines along the driveway. For Dinner tonight I prepared a BBQ Pulled Buffalo Chuck Roast Sandwich w/ Baked Fries.
