Today’s Menu: Buffalo Cheese Burger and Fries

For Breakfast this morning I Scrambled a couple of Eggs, toasted a couple of slices of Live Carb Smart 1 Carb Wheat Bread, and had my morning cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. Cloudy and 84 degrees out today. After Breakfast I started a load of laundry and then I went to Meijer to buy some new Bed Sheets, picked up a couple more items while there. Back home I cleaned the house, dusted and vacuumed. For Dinner tonight I prepared a Buffalo Cheese Burger and Baked Fries.

As always when it’s a Buffalo Burger I’m using the Wild Idea Buffalo 1/3-Lb Burgers. Just love these Buffalo Burgers; meaty, juicy and just flat out delicious! Preheated up a skillet that I sprayed with Pam Cooking Spray, seasoned my Burger with McCormick Grinder Sea Salt and Black Peppercorn. I then pan fried it about 3 1/2 minutes per side, and done. After I flipped the Burger I added a slice of Kraft Deli Style Sharp Cheddar Cheese. I’m serving it on Aunt Millie’s Live Carb Smart Hamburger Bun. The new Buns are only 2 net carbs per Bun!

I also baked some Ore Ida Crinkle Cut Fries, served these with a side of Hunt’s Ketchup for dipping. For Dessert/Snack later a 100 Calorie Mini Bag of Snyder’s Pretzel along with a Coke Zero to drink.

Today’s Menu: Grilled Buffalo Cheese and Bacon Burger and Baked Fries

To start the day off I toasted Thomas Light English Muffin that I topped with some Smucker’s Sugar Free Blackberry Jam. I also had a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. 79 degrees and mostly sunny out today. Got the cart, rake, leaf blower and grass seed out of the shed. Raked the yard and then took the leaf blower and cleaned off the deck and driveway areas. Then took the blower and got the flower beds. Then finished sowing some grass seed in few spots around the yard. Love getting out in this weather! For Dinner tonight Grilled Buffalo Cheese and Bacon Burger and Baked Fries.

For the Buffalo Burger I used my favorite, the Wild Idea Buffalo 1/3-Lb Buffalo Burgers as usual. Their meaty, juicy and just flat out delicious! I had the Burger in the freezer so I laid in the fridge overnight to thaw. Uncovered the grill and cleaned it up. Used a Paper Towel and rubbed it in some Extra Light Olive Oil. Then rubbed the Grill Grate down with it. Then fired up the Grill! Seasoned my Burger with McCormick Grinder Sea Salt and Peppercorn Medley. With the Grill heated I started grilling. I grilled the Buffalo Burger and Brat and Hot Dog for Mom. I grilled the Burger about 3 minutes and flipped it over. After 2 minutes I added a slice of Boar’s Head Yellow Vermont Cheddar and cooked it another 1 minute. Added the al fresco Chicken Bacon that I had prepared earlier and done! Served the Burger on a Healthy Life Wheat Hamburger Bun. The Burger was juicy and delicious, as all the Wild Idea Products are. Just love a good Burger, Buffalo Burger! Plus that added flavor by grilling it.

To go with my Burger I prepared some Ore Ida Golden Crinkle Cut French Fries. Like all the Ore Ida Products, they are easy to prepare and delicious. I just baked them for 19 minutes and done! Served them with a side of Hunt’s Ketchup. For Dessert/Snack later a 100 Calorie Mini Bag of Snyder’s Stick Pretzels with a Sprite Zero to drink.

Today’s Menu: Buffalo Cheese Burger and Fries

For Breakfast this morning I Scrambled a couple of Eggs, heated up 2 Johnsonville Turkey Breakfast Sausage links and had my morning cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. 38 degrees, cloudy and windy out today. Did a load of laundry after Breakfast. I took the bathroom door off its hinges. I replaced the old hinges with some new ones that I had ordered on line. The door would not stay open. It would gradually go shut. The new hinges worked, problem solved! Took some measurements for some wood trim around the floor board and corners of the wall that need replaced. I banged it up back when I first got my Hoveround Mobility Chair. That was my day.

Today’s Menu: Buffalo Cheese Burger and Fries

For Breakfast this morning I had my morning cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. Partly cloudy and 54 degrees out,not quite as windy. As the isolation continues…….. Got the cart out of the shed for a bit and took it around the house, I was looking for any wind damage from yesterdays high winds. Next I got the leaf blower out and cleared off the deck and driveway areas. Not much else going on. For Dinner tonight I prepared a Buffalo Cheese Burger and Baked Fries.

As always I’m using the Wild Idea Buffalo 1/3-Lb Burgers. Just love these Buffalo Burgers; meaty, juicy and just flat out delicious! For Breakfast this morning I toasted a Thomas Light English Muffin that I topped with Smucker’s Sugar Free Blackberry Jam. I also had my morning cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. 50 degrees and sunny, and its not windy! After Breakfast I went to Menards, the ATM, got the car washed, and stopped by Wendy’s and picked up Breakfast for Mom. She wanted to try the new Breakfast Menu from Wedny’s. Back home I got the cart out and caught up on some things around the outside. For Dinner tonight I prepared a Buffalo Cheese Burger and Baked Fries.

Today’s Menu: Buffalo Cheese Burger and Fries

For Breakfast this morning I made 3 Bean Buffalo Chili and Cheese Omelet. I used the leftover 3 Bean Buffalo Chili, Egg Beater’s Egg Whites, and Sargento Reduced Calorie Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese. I also had my morning cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. Rain on and off all day and 45 degrees out. Well I talked to a few people that are above knee amputees like myself and they all seem to suffer from Phantom Pains, and some have them a lot more often than I do! So I guess it could be worse. Sure wish they would find a cure, and soon! So with all the rain just did a few things around the house. For Dinner tonight I prepared a Buffalo Cheese Burger and Baked Fries.

As always I’m using the Wild Idea Buffalo 1/3-Lb Burgers. Just love these Buffalo Burgers; meaty, juicy and just flat out delicious! I also baked some Ore Ida Crinkle Cut Fries, served these with a side of Hunt’s Ketchup for dipping. For Dessert/Snack later a bowl of Skinny Pop – Pop Corn and a Peach Snapple to drink.

Today’s Menu: Buffalo Burger Pattie Melt w/ Baked Crinkle Fries

For Breakfast this morning I Poached an Egg and served it on a toasted slice of Aunt Millie’s Light Whole Grain Bread. Also fried a couple of Jennie – O Turkey Breakfast Sausage Links and had a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. 34 degrees this morning with a high of 38 degrees and rain coming in later in the afternoon. I think our Warm Winter Days are gone! Had to deal with these Phantom Pains for the 2nd day in a row! Hate dealing with these but not a lot I can do. For Dinner tonight I had a Buffalo Burger Pattie Melt w/ Baked Crinkle Fries.

As always I’m using the Wild Idea Buffalo 1/3-Lb Burgers. Just love these Buffalo Burgers; meaty, juicy and just flat out delicious! Preheated up a skillet that I sprayed with Pam Cooking Spray, seasoned my Burger with McCormick Grinder Sea Salt and Black Peppercorn. I then pan fried it about 3 1/2 minutes per side, and done. After I flipped the Burger I added a slice of Kraft Sharp Cheddar Cheese on top.

As my Burger was getting done, I had a loaf of Gold Miner California Sour Dough Bread in the freezer I laid a couple of slices of it in the fridge to thaw overnight. I heated a skillet up and added some Blue Bonnet Light Butter and heated the pan on medium. Put my Burger on the Sour Dough Bread and toasted it in the skillet I just heated. I love that Sour Dough Bread. But I don’t have it too often because of the higher Calories and Carbs than the Aunt Millie’s Bread I normally use. I added my finished Burger and Cheese to the Sour Dough in the Skillet. Flipped it once and done. The Burger was delicious, Mom even had one and loved it!

I also baked some Ore Ida Crinkle Cut Fries, served these with a side of Hunt’s Ketchup for dipping. For Dessert/Snack later a bowl of Skinny Pop – Pop Corn and a Peach Snapple to drink.

For Breakfast this morning I Poached an Egg and served it on a toasted Thomas Light English Muffin. Also had a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. Above freezing today, 34 degrees and partly cloudy out. We still have snow covering the grass but the walks and roads are all clear. Not a lot going on today i was battling a sinus headache all day. For Dinner tonight I had a Buffalo Burger Pattie Melt w/ Baked Crinkle Fries.

Today’s Menu: Grilled Cheese Buffalo Burger and Fries

To start the day off I prepared a packet of the Pioneer Peppered White Gravy, toasted 2 slices of Aunt Millie’s Light Whole Grain Bread, and had a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. It’s another record setting temperature day out there! 97 degrees and mostly sunny, even a bit more humid. Along with heat is a super high mold and pollen count. I’ve had one bad headache all day. So I spent most of the day resting. For Dinner tonight I fired up the grill! It’s a Grilled Buffalo Cheese Burger and Fries tonight. I grilled Mom a couple of Blue Grass Bratwursts. I had to wear one of those white surgical masks while outside because of my allergies.

For the Buffalo Burger I used my favorite, the Wild Idea Buffalo 1/3-Lb Buffalo Burgers as usual. Their meaty, juicy and just flat out delicious! I had the Burger in the freezer so I laid in the fridge overnight to thaw. I grilled the Buffalo Burger and Brat and Mett for Mom. I grilled the Burger about 3 minutes and flipped it over. After 2 minutes I added a slice of Boar’s Head Yellow Vermont Cheddar and cooked it another 1 minute and done! Served the Burger on a Aunt Millie’s Reduced Calorie Whole Grain Hamburger Bun. The Burger was juicy and delicious, as all the Wild Idea Burgers are. Just love a good Burger, Buffalo Burger! Plus that added flavor by grilling it. Mom’s Grilled Brats turned out great also!

To go with my Burger I prepared some Ore Ida Golden Crinkle Cut French Fries. Like all the Ore Ida Products, they are easy to prepare and delicious. I just baked them for 19 minutes and done! Served them with a side of Hunt’s Ketchup. For Dessert later a Jello Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Pudding.

Today’s Menu: Bacon and Cheese Buffalo Burger w/ Baked Fries

For Breakfast this morning I made some Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns, heated up some Meijer Diced Ham, and had a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. I made a bed of the Hash Browns in a bowl and sprinkled some Sargento Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Next I put the Diced Ham over top the Hash Browns. Also had a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. After Breakfast I went to McDonald’s to pick up Breakfast for Mom. Hot, humid, and a passing shower out today. It’s been hot and humid out its been too bad to do about anything outside. not complaining though, this sure beats the cold, ice, and snow of Winter! For Dinner tonight I had a Bacon and Cheese Buffalo Burger w/ Baked Fries.

I just love these Buffalo Burgers! I made this one combining my two favorites, Wild idea Buffalo and Jennie – O Turkey! I used Boar’s Head Bacon for my Burger topping. Heated up a medium size skillet on medium heat and fried the Bacon until it was heated through. Removed it from the skillet to a Paper Towel lined plate, and set aside. Always remember when frying Bacon use Bacon Math. Just decide how many slices you’ll need and double it. Because, at least when I fry Bacon, you end up eating as much as you fix as you’re preparing it!

For the Buffalo Burger I used my favorite, the Wild Idea Buffalo 1/3-Lb Buffalo Burgers as usual. Their meaty, juicy and just flat out delicious! Preheated up a small skillet that I sprayed with Pam Non Stick Cooking Spray, seasoned my Burger with McCormick Grinder Sea Salt and Peppercorn Medley. I then pan fried it, in Extra Light Olive Oil, about 3 1/2 minutes per side. After flipping the Burger I added a slice of Kraft Deluxe Sharp Cheddar Cheese, with about 1 minute of cooking time left. Topped it with the Bacon and served it on a Aunt Millie’s Reduced Calorie Hamburger Bun. I love a good Buffalo Burger!

To go with my Burger I baked some Alexia Organic Yukon Select Fries. Seasoned them with McCormick Grinder Sea Salt and Peppercorn Medley. Baked them at 425 degrees for 16 minutes. They bake up beautifully and seasoned just right, excellent Fry! For Dessert/Snack later a bowl of Skinny Pop – Pop Corn and a Diet Peach Snapple to drink.
