Today’s Menu: Buffalo Burger Pattie Melt w/ Baked Crinkle Fries

For Breakfast this morning I Poached an Egg and served it on a toasted Thomas Light English Muffin. Also had a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. Above freezing today, 34 degrees and partly cloudy out. We still have snow covering the grass but the walks and roads are all clear. Not a lot going on today i was battling a sinus headache all day. For Dinner tonight I had a Buffalo Burger Pattie Melt w/ Baked Crinkle Fries.

As always I’m using the Wild Idea Buffalo 1/3-Lb Burgers. Just love these Buffalo Burgers; meaty, juicy and just flat out delicious! Preheated up a skillet that I sprayed with Pam Cooking Spray, seasoned my Burger with McCormick Grinder Sea Salt and Black Peppercorn. I then pan fried it about 3 1/2 minutes per side, and done. After I flipped the Burger I added a slice of Kraft Sharp Cheddar Cheese on top.

As my Burger was getting done, I had a loaf of Gold Miner California Sour Dough Bread in the freezer I laid a couple of slices of it in the fridge to thaw overnight. I heated a skillet up and added some Blue Bonnet Light Butter and heated the pan on medium. Put my Burger on the Sour Dough Bread and toasted it in the skillet I just heated. I love that Sour Dough Bread. But I don’t have it too often because of the higher Calories and Carbs than the Aunt Millie’s Bread I normally use. The Burger was delicious! Mom even had one and loved it!

I also baked some Ore Ida Crinkle Cut Fries, served these with a side of Hunt’s Ketchup for dipping. For Dessert/Snack later a bowl of Skinny Pop – Pop Corn and a Peach Snapple to drink.

Today’s Menu: Grilled Cheese Buffalo Burger and Fries

To start the day off I prepared a packet of the Pioneer Peppered White Gravy, toasted 2 slices of Aunt Millie’s Light Whole Grain Bread, and had a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. It’s another record setting temperature day out there! 97 degrees and mostly sunny, even a bit more humid. Along with heat is a super high mold and pollen count. I’ve had one bad headache all day. So I spent most of the day resting. For Dinner tonight I fired up the grill! It’s a Grilled Buffalo Cheese Burger and Fries tonight. I grilled Mom a couple of Blue Grass Bratwursts. I had to wear one of those white surgical masks while outside because of my allergies.

For the Buffalo Burger I used my favorite, the Wild Idea Buffalo 1/3-Lb Buffalo Burgers as usual. Their meaty, juicy and just flat out delicious! I had the Burger in the freezer so I laid in the fridge overnight to thaw. Used a Paper Towel and rubbed it in some Extra Light Olive Oil. Then rubbed the Grill Grate down with it. Then fired up the Grill! Seasoned my Burger with McCormick Grinder Sea Salt and Peppercorn Medley. With the Grill heated I started grilling. I grilled the Buffalo Burger and Brat and Mett for Mom. I grilled the Burger about 3 minutes and flipped it over. After 2 minutes I added a slice of Boar’s Head Yellow Vermont Cheddar and cooked it another 1 minute and done! Served the Burger on a Aunt Millie’s Reduced Calorie Whole Grain Hamburger Bun. The Burger was juicy and delicious, as all the Wild Idea Burgers are. Just love a good Burger, Buffalo Burger! Plus that added flavor by grilling it. Mom’s Grilled Brats turned out great also!

To go with my Burger I prepared some Ore Ida Golden Crinkle Cut French Fries. Like all the Ore Ida Products, they are easy to prepare and delicious. I just baked them for 19 minutes and done! Served them with a side of Hunt’s Ketchup. For Dessert later a Jello Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Pudding.

Today’s Menu: Bacon and Cheese Buffalo Burger w/ Baked Fries

For Breakfast this morning I made some Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns, heated up some Meijer Diced Ham, and had a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. I made a bed of the Hash Browns in a bowl and sprinkled some Sargento Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Next I put the Diced Ham over top the Hash Browns. Also had a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. After Breakfast I went to McDonald’s to pick up Breakfast for Mom. Hot, humid, and a passing shower out today. It’s been hot and humid out its been too bad to do about anything outside. not complaining though, this sure beats the cold, ice, and snow of Winter! For Dinner tonight I had a Bacon and Cheese Buffalo Burger w/ Baked Fries.

I just love these Buffalo Burgers! I made this one combining my two favorites, Wild idea Buffalo and Jennie – O Turkey! I used Boar’s Head Bacon for my Burger topping. Heated up a medium size skillet on medium heat and fried the Bacon until it was heated through. Removed it from the skillet to a Paper Towel lined plate, and set aside. Always remember when frying Bacon use Bacon Math. Just decide how many slices you’ll need and double it. Because, at least when I fry Bacon, you end up eating as much as you fix as you’re preparing it!

For the Buffalo Burger I used my favorite, the Wild Idea Buffalo 1/3-Lb Buffalo Burgers as usual. Their meaty, juicy and just flat out delicious! Preheated up a small skillet that I sprayed with Pam Non Stick Cooking Spray, seasoned my Burger with McCormick Grinder Sea Salt and Peppercorn Medley. I then pan fried it, in Extra Light Olive Oil, about 3 1/2 minutes per side. After flipping the Burger I added a slice of Kraft Deluxe Sharp Cheddar Cheese, with about 1 minute of cooking time left. Topped it with the Bacon and served it on a Aunt Millie’s Reduced Calorie Hamburger Bun. I love a good Buffalo Burger!

To go with my Burger I baked some Alexia Organic Yukon Select Fries. Seasoned them with McCormick Grinder Sea Salt and Peppercorn Medley. Baked them at 425 degrees for 16 minutes. They bake up beautifully and seasoned just right, excellent Fry! For Dessert/Snack later a bowl of Skinny Pop – Pop Corn and a Diet Peach Snapple to drink.

Today’s Menu: Grilled Cheese Buffalo Burger and Baked Fries

To start the this day off I toasted a Thomas Light English Muffin. Next I lightly fried up a few slices of Boar’s Head Sweet Slice Ham and added a 1/2 slice of Boar’s Head Vermont Cheddar. Served it on the English Muffin and I have my Breakfast Sandwich. I also and had a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. 75 degrees, humid, with a passing shower out today. Plus the Pollen and Mold count is high again! So I wasn’t outside very much. Did a few chores inside today. So for Dinner tonight I prepared a Grilled Buffalo Cheese Burger and Baked Fries tonight.

For the Buffalo Burger I used my favorite, the Wild Idea Buffalo 1/3-Lb Buffalo Burgers as usual. Their meaty, juicy and just flat out delicious! I had the Burger in the freezer so I laid in the fridge overnight to thaw. To prepare it I fired up the Grill! I first rubbed the Burger with some Extra Light Olive Oil on both sides then seasoned my Burger with McCormick Grinder Sea Salt and Peppercorn Medley. With the Grill heated I started grilling. I grilled the Buffalo Burger and Brat and a couple of Brats for Mom. Today’s Menu: Grilled Cheese Buffalo Burger and Baked Fries

To start the this day off I prepared Butterball Hardwood Smoked Turkey Sausage. As that was cooking I toasted a Thomas Light English Muffin. I cut the Sausage Link in half and then split it down the center and served it on the English Muffin. Topped the Sausage with a bit of French’s Spicy Brown Mustard. I also and had a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. 85 degrees, cloudy with a passing shower out today. As most Memorial Day Weekend’s, its humid, hot, and rainy! Although last year’s was pretty nice. After Lunch we went out to the Cemetery along with my Aunt and we put flowers and cleaned off the family’s tombstone’s. My Grand Parents, Brother, Aunt, Uncles, and Cousins are all buried in the same Cemetery. It doesn’t seem possible that Dad will have been gone a year ago next month. We sure miss him. So for Dinner tonight I prepared a Grilled Buffalo Cheese Burger and Baked Fries tonight.

Today’s Menu: Grilled Cheese Buffalo Burger and Fries

To start the day off I prepared some Johnsonville Turkey Breakfast Sausage Links, made a packet of the Pioneer Peppered White Gravy, toasted 2 slices of Aunt Millie’s Light Whole Grain Bread, and had a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. 81 degrees, cloudy with a passing shower out today. We had purchased a new grill but had to return it. Just had some features that we didn’t like. Lowe’s delivered our new one and our neighbor bought the first one from us, so everyone is happy! Cleaned off the deck and driveway with leaf blower. Then later planted a few more of the flowers Mom bought. For Dinner tonight we fired up the new grill! It’s a Grilled Buffalo Cheese Burger and Fries tonight.

For the Buffalo Burger I used my favorite, the Wild Idea Buffalo 1/3-Lb Buffalo Burgers as usual. Their meaty, juicy and just flat out delicious! Plus that added flavor by grilling it, we were without a grill way too long! Mom’s Grilled brat and Mett turned out great also!

To go with my Burger I prepared some Ore Ida Golden Crinkle Cut French Fries. Like all the Ore Ida Products, they are easy to prepare and delicious. I just baked them for 19 minutes and done! Today’s Menu: Buffalo Burger Pattie Melt w/ Baked Crinkle Fries

For Breakfast this morning I Poahced an Egg and served it on a toasted slice of Aunt Millie’s Light Whole Grain Bread. Also had that morning cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea.Very windy and 51 degrees out today, but at least it’s not raining. Not real active today, I woke up about 4:00 this morning with those Phantom Pains. They finally let up around 2:00 this afternoon but as usual they took everything out of me. So it was truly a day of rest.

As my Burger was getting done, I had bought a loaf of Gold Miner California Sour Dough Bread at Meijer. I got 2 slices.

Today’s Menu: Chicken Bacon and Vermont Cheddar Cheese Buffalo Burger w/ Baked Fries

For Breakfast on this first day of 2019 I prepared a Poached Egg, heated up a couple of Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage Patties, toasted a slice of Aunt Millie’s Light Whole Grain Bread, and had my morning cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. A great way to start 2019! Cloudy and 42 degrees out today. Not a lot going on today, gave Mom a hand in doing a couple of loads of laundry. After that and Lunch it was College Football for the rest of the day. So for my first Dinner of the year I prepared a Chicken Bacon and Vermont Cheddar Cheese Buffalo Burger w/ Baked Fries.

I started by getting a skillet and spraying it with Pam Non Stick Cooking Spray and heating it on medium heat. For the Bacon I’m using al fresco Uncured Chicken Bacon. It fries up perfect with an excellent taste. I buy it at Meijer, it’s the only store I’ve found to carry it. I need to 2 slices but fried up 5 slices. Always remember when frying Bacon use the Bacon Math. Just decide how many slices you’ll need and double it or so. Because, at least when I fry Bacon, you end up eating as much as you fix as you’re preparing it!

For the Buffalo Burger I used my favorite as always, the Wild Idea Buffalo 1/3-Lb Buffalo Burgers as usual. Their meaty, juicy and just flat out delicious! Plus they are only 120 calories and 15 net carbs. For Dessert/Snack later a bowl of Skinny Pop – Pop Corn and a Diet Dr. Pepper to drink.
