Savory Crescent Turkey Squares
Hit a homerun with the family tonight with these homemade pockets of hot, savory turkey in a creamy sauce. Great for cooking with leftovers, this great American dinner is extremely kid-friendly.
Total Time – 1 Hour
Serving Size – 4 Servings
INGREDIENTS
1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons butter, divided, softened
2 cups cubed JENNIE-O® Turkey Breast Roast
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon chopped onion
¼ teaspoon salt, if desired
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
1 (8-ounce) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
½ cup seasoned croutons, crushed
DIRECTIONS
1) Heat oven to 350°F.
2) In bowl, combine cream cheese and 2 tablespoons butter. Stir until smooth. Add turkey, milk, onion, salt and pepper; mix together.
3) Separate dough into 4 rectangles, sealing perforations. Spoon turkey mixture on one end of rectangle. Fold other end of dough over filling. Seal edges with fork.
4) Place on baking pan. Brush tops with 1 tablespoon melted butter. Sprinkle with crushed croutons.
5) Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Grilled Turkey Breast Sandwich
If you love grilled chicken sandwiches, you’ll love this Grilled Turkey Breast Sandwich, featuring tender turkey breast, chili-balsamic onions, ranch dressing and Swiss cheese. Make the switch and try something new for dinner tonight!
Total Time – 1 Hour 15 Minutes
Serving Size – 4 Servings
Ingredients
2 – teaspoons olive oil
2 – cups thinly sliced onion
2 – tablespoons sweet chili sauce
2 – tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 – (24-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Applewood Smoke Flavor Turkey Breast Tenderloin
1/3 – cup low-fat ranch dressing
4 – crusty bread rolls, split and grilled
4 – slices Swiss cheese, halved
1 1/2 – cups baby arugula leaves
Directions
1) In large skillet, heat oil on medium.
2) Add onion and cook 10 minutes or until golden brown and softened, stirring occasionally.
3) Add chili sauce and vinegar. Cook 1 minute or until thickened; set aside.
4) Preheat grill over medium heat, place tenderloins directly on grate. Grill, turning occasionally, until meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion of the meat reaches 165°F., approximately 45-50 minutes. Remove from heat, cover and let rest 5-10 minutes before slicing.
5) Spread ranch dressing on bread rolls.
6) Add onion mixture, cheese, turkey and arugula.

DIRECTIONS
1) Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat skillet over medium-high heat.
2) Place 1/2 inch thick patties in hot skillet. Turn occasionally and cook approximately 15 to 17 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.
3) Let stand 10 minutes. In medium bowl, combine sausage and cheese.

Ingredients
1 – tablespoon avocado oil
1 – (16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Ground Turkey
4 – cloves garlic, minced
sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
8 – leaves butter lettuce
1 – cup shredded carrots
1 – cup thinly sliced English cucumber
Gochujang Sauce
3 – tablespoons Gochujang paste
2 – tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
1 – tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 – teaspoon toasted sesame oil
Directions
1) In large skillet over medium high heat, heat oil. Add ground turkey to skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the turkey is well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Stir in garlic. Cook 1 minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Remove pan from heat and stir in half of the Gochujang Sauce until it has evenly coated the turkey.
2) Place a spoonful of turkey mixture into each lettuce leaf. Top with cucumbers and carrots. Drizzle with remaining Gochujang Sauce.

Stuffed Rio Grande Turkey Popper
You’ve never seen anything like this before: it’s a giant burger stuffed with jalapeños, crisp bacon and melted cheese that serves six. Perfect for a party or as a creative weeknight dinner.

INGREDIENTS
1 (16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
½ cup quick cooking oats
¼ cup egg substitute or 1 egg
1 teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon ground cumin
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon dried onion
½ teaspoon garlic powder
⅛ teaspoon salt
1 (4-ounce) can sliced jalapeño peppers, drained
½ cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
4 slices JENNIE-O® Turkey Bacon, cooked and cut into ¼- pieces
2 teaspoons olive oil
sour cream and salsa, if desired
DIRECTIONS
1) In bowl, combine ground turkey, oats, egg, chili powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, onion, garlic powder and salt. Divide turkey mixture in half. On 2 (11 x 11-inch) pieces wax paper or parchment paper, shape each half into an 8-inch round patty.
2) Arrange half jalapeño peppers in a spoke pattern over one formed patty. Top with cheese and bacon leaving a ½-inch border around the outside edges. Lay remaining sliced jalapeño peppers in spoke pattern over cheese. Carefully place remaining patty on top of pepper slices. Remove waxed paper. Press turkey layers together around edges to seal.
3) In large skillet over medium heat, add oil and large patty. Cover. Cook 35 minutes, turning 2 or 3 times and until internal temperature reaches 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Always cook to well-done.
4) Cut burger into 6 pie-shaped wedges. Serve with sour cream and salsa, if desired.

Smoked Thai Turkey Sandwiches
Break out of your sandwich shell with this appe-Thai-zing creation! It’s got sugar, spice and everything nice. Like pickled carrots and pulled turkey in a zesty fish sauce? You’ll never be bored with bread again.
INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons ground paprika
4 tablespoons white sugar, divided
1 tablespoon garlic salt
2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1 package JENNIE-O® All Natural* Turkey Breast
3¼ cups warm water, divided
½ cup matchstick carrots
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 teaspoons salt, if desired
¼ cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon Thai fish sauce (add while mixing, do not heat)
8 hamburger rolls
DIRECTIONS
1) Mix together rub seasonings: brown sugar, paprika, 2 tablespoons white sugar, garlic salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper; cover turkey breast completely.
2) Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Place turkey on hot grill and cook approximately 45-50 minutes and until internal temperature reaches well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer.
Grill times may vary depending on your equipment. Always test doneness by inserting a meat thermometer into the thickest portion of the meat periodically.
3) While turkey is cooking, prepare the pickled carrots by mixing: water, carrots, rice vinegar, 2 tablespoons sugar, cilantro and salt, if desired in small bowl. Cover and let sit until ready to use.
4) When turkey is done cooking, remove from grill and set aside to cool about 10 minutes; shred and mix in chopped cilantro.
5) Mix sauce ingredients: honey, soy sauce and lime juice in a small sauce pan over medium-high heat.
6) Once it comes to a boil, reduce to a simmer. Allow to gently bubble for 2 minutes, then shut off and pour over the pulled turkey. Mix. Add fish sauce and mix again.
7) Place some of the pickled matchstick carrots on the bottom half of each bun. Top with a generous helping of the Thai pulled turkey and cover with the top of the bun.
* Always cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.

Fresh Citrus and Mint Smoked Turkey

INGREDIENTS
⅓ cup paprika
¼ cup sugar
2 tablespoons cayenne
2 tablespoons salt, if desired
4 teaspoons black pepper
3 pounds JENNIE-O® All Natural* Turkey Breast
1½ cups packed fresh mint leaves
¼ cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
3 oranges, segmented
peanuts, chopped and toasted, if desired
DIRECTIONS
1) In large bowl, mix rub ingredients: paprika, sugar, cayenne, salt and pepper. Coat turkey breast evenly with rub. Cover with plastic wrap and let marinate in the refrigerator, 8 hours to overnight.
2) Preheat smoker to 300°F. Smoke until well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer, approximately 2 ½ to 3 hours. Slice turkey breast.
Smoker times may vary depending on your equipment. Always test doneness by inserting a meat thermometer into the thickest portion of the meat periodically.
3) To make mint pesto: Combine mint, olive oil, garlic, balsamic vinegar and lemon juice and zest in food processor and pulse until smooth.
4) Peel orange and cut into segments. Heat large skillet on medium-high heat. When pan is hot, add a single layer of nuts. Do not add any oil or cooking spray – the nuts have enough oils on their own to cook. Stir frequently until nuts turn golden brown. Remove from pan. To assemble, top turkey with orange segments, a drizzle of mint pesto, and toasted peanuts.
