Garlic-Herb Parmesan Dipping Sticks
These dipping sticks are perfect for pairing with marinara sauce or ranch dressing!

Ingredients
1 package (13.8 ounces) refrigerated pizza dough
3/4 cup light garlic-and-herb spreadable cheese
3/4 cup shredded Italian cheese blend
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Warm marinara sauce and/or reduced-fat ranch salad dressing (optional)

Directions
Yield: 12 servings
Serving size: 2 dipping sticks

1 – Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

2 – Roll out dough on lightly floured surface to 12-inch square. Place prepared baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes.

3 – Spread garlic-and-herb spreadable cheese evenly over crust. Layer evenly with Italian cheese blend, Parmesan cheese, and oregano. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.

4 – Slice lengthwise into 8 rows; slice opposite direction into 3 rows. Serve with marinara sauce or ranch for dipping, if desired.

Two Ingredient Ravioli Bites
For great flavor and fewer carbs try this quick and easy ravioli recipe. Skip the pasta and use provolone cheese in its place.
Total Time – 20 minutes
Serving Size – Makes 3 Servings

Ingredients
4 ounces – JENNIE-O® Lean Ground Turkey
Salt and pepper, to taste
6 slices – provolone cheese
Marinara sauce, if desired

Directions
1) Heat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

2) Cook turkey according to package directions. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.

3) Place 3 provolone slices on prepared baking sheet. Top each slice with turkey mixture. Cover with remaining cheese slices. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.

4) Remove from oven. Crimp edges with a fork. Let cool 5 minutes.

5) Serve with warmed marinara sauce for dipping, if desired.

1 – tablespoon olive oil
1 – red onion, chopped
1/2 – red bell pepper, diced
1/2 – green bell pepper, diced
3 – cloves garlic, minced
1 – (16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
2 – tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 – teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 – teaspoon garlic powder
Dash – curry powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 ½ – cups tomato sauce
1 ½ – cups diced fresh tomatoes
1/4 – cup marinara sauce
1 ½ – cups water
elbow macaroni

Directions
1) In large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add onions and peppers. Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until beginning to brown.

2) Add garlic. Cook 1 minute or until fragrant.

3) Stir in turkey. Cook, stirring and crumbling with back of spoon 5 to 7 minutes or until turkey is cooked through.

4) Stir in Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and curry powder. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, marinara sauce and water. Simmer 10 minutes.

5) Add macaroni. Simmer, stirring occasionally 12 to 15 minutes or until macaroni is tender.

4) Bake 5 to 8 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Always cook turkey to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.

Grilled Cheese Marinara
Who can resist the taste and texture of warm, flavorful cheese cloaked in a crispy coating paired with a simple tomato and basil marinara sauce?

Recipe Ingredients:
8 ounces mozzarella, Monterey Jack, or cheddar cheese
2 cups crushed cracker crumbs (plain or flavored as desired)
1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
2 large eggs
Homemade or commercial marinara sauce

Cooking Directions:
1 – Cut cheese lengthwise into 1/3 to 1/2-inch-thick slices.
2 – Combine cracker crumbs, Italian seasoning, and pepper in a shallow dish.
3 – Working with one piece of cheese at a time, dip cheese slices in beaten egg, coating completely. Coat with crumb mixture; place on a baking sheet lined with waxed paper.
4 – To grill, prepare grill for medium-high heat. Place a piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil on the grill rack. Place coated cheese strips on foil-lined grill; cover and grill 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until cheese melts.
5 – To pan-fry, brush the bottom of a heavy skillet with olive oil; place over medium-high heat until hot. Reduce heat to medium; add cheese slices.
6 – Cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until cheese melts. Using a spatula, transfer to serving plates; serve with marinara sauce.

Spinach Mushroom Lasagna
Preparation time: 40 minutes
Baking time: 35 minutes
Standing time: 10 minutes

Ingredients
9 uncooked lasagna noodles
1 container (16 ounces) fat-free cottage cheese
1/4 cup liquid egg substitute
2 cups (8 ounces) finely shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided
3/4 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Cooking spray
1 tablespoon water
8 ounces baby bella mushrooms, sliced (or large portabellas, chopped)
1 small onion, finely diced
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1 jar (26 ounces) marinara sauce

Directions
Yield: 8 servings
Serving size: 1/8 of lasagna

1 – Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook noodles according to package directions, omitting any salt. Leave in cooking water and set aside. In a large bowl stir together cottage cheese, egg substitute, 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper; set aside. Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray, add 1 tablespoon water, and sauté mushrooms and onion over medium heat 5–6 minutes, or until onion is tender. Drain off any remaining liquid. Stir in spinach and set aside.

2 – Coat an 11″ x 7″ baking dish with cooking spray. Drain noodles well. Layer 3 noodles, half of cheese mixture, half of spinach mixture, and 1/3 of pasta sauce. Repeat layers. Top with remaining 3 noodles and remaining pasta sauce. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella and bake for 5 minutes more, or until cheese melts. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.

Habanero Apricot Spaghetti Squash
Lighten up your pasta without going light on taste. This veggie-packed dish boasts a deliciously sweet heat thanks to all-natural JENNIE-O® Habanero Apricot Seasoned Turkey Sausage.

INGREDIENTS
1 (3-pound) spaghetti squash
½ cup water
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 (19.5-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Habanero Apricot Seasoned Turkey Sausage
1 medium onion, sliced
1 (8-ounce) package white mushrooms, sliced
1 (24-ounce) jar marinara sauce
½ teaspoon kosher salt, if desired
freshly grated Parmesan cheese, if desired
chopped fresh basil leaves, if desired

DIRECTIONS
1) Heat oven to 350°F.
2) Cut squash in half lengthwise. Scrape out and discard seeds and membranes. Place cut sides down in large baking dish, add water and bake 50 minutes or until tender. Turn cut sides up and let stand 10 minutes. Shred flesh with fork.
3) Meanwhile, in large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add turkey, mushrooms and onions and cook 10 minutes or until turkey is cooked through. Always cook sausage links to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer and cut into 1-inch pieces. Add marinara sauce and salt and simmer 10 minutes.
