Asian Cabbage Turkey Salad
Leave boring salads behind and try this Asian Cabbage Turkey Salad instead! A mix of popular Asian flavors and turkey make-up this flavorful recipe.

Total Time – 1 Hour
Serving Size – 5 Servings

Ingredients

½ – cup HOUSE OF TSANG® Bangkok peanut sauce

2 – tablespoons lime juice

2 – cups coleslaw salad mix

½ – cup thinly sliced green onions

2 – small red chilies, sliced

2 – cups cubed cooked JENNIE-O® OVEN READY™ Turkey

¼ – cup chopped roasted peanuts

½ – cup crispy noodles

* lime wedges, if desired

Directions

1) In large bowl, combine peanut sauce and lime juice.

2) Add coleslaw mix, green onions, chilies and turkey; toss to combine. Sprinkle with peanuts and noodles. Serve with lime wedges, if desired.

Turkey Bacon and Sausage Breakfast Pizza
The most important meal of the day should also be the most excellent. Bake up this Turkey Bacon and Sausage Breakfast Pizza piled high with veggies, cheese and two kinds of delicious turkey in under 30 minutes!

Total Time – 45 Minutes
Serving Size – 6 Servings

Ingredients
¼ cup butter, divided
2 tablespoons flour
½ cup milk
1 (12-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Turkey Bacon
½ (12-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Turkey Breakfast Sausage Patties
1½ cups egg substitute or 6 eggs, beaten
1 (12-inch) prebaked pizza shell
1½ cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1½ cups shredded Cheddar and mozzarella cheese blend
salsa, if desired

Directions
1) Heat oven to 400°F.

2) In small saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium-high heat. Add flour; cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Stir in milk.

3) Cook, stirring constantly, 2 to 3 minutes or until mixture boils and thickens; cool.

4) Preheat a nonstick skillet or electric griddle over medium heat (375°F.). Heat slices of bacon for 6-7 minutes or until desired crispness, turning frequently. Drain on paper towels; chop.

5) Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat skillet over medium-high heat. Place patties on hot skillet. Turn occasionally and cook approximately 13 to 15 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer in the center of the patty. Chop. In skillet, melt remaining butter. Add eggs. Cook, stirring until soft scrambled.

6) In bowl, combine white sauce and eggs; mix well. Spoon onto pizza shell. Top with bacon, sausage, mushrooms and cheese.

7) Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden. Serve with salsa, if desired.

When you think of turkey frank toppings, you might not think of melted mozzarella cheese, roasted bell peppers, pesto and marinara… but you will after you try this recipe! Mozzarella Pesto Turkey Franks are under 500 calories per serving.
Total Time – 30 Minutes
Serving Size – 4 Servings

Ingredients
4 JENNIE-O® Bun Length Uncured Turkey Franks
4 hot dog buns, split
½ cup marinara sauceMozzarella
½ (8-ounce) ball fresh mozzarella cheese, torn
½ cup roasted red bell peppers strips
⅓ cup basil pesto

Directions
1) Prepare grill for medium heat. Grill franks according to package direction. Grill buns, cut side down until golden brown.

2) Spread inside buns with marinara sauce.

3) Add mozzarella and bell peppers. Place on grill, close lid. Grill 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.

4) Remove from grill. Add franks. Top with pesto.

You could substitute the Hormel Chili with Beans with Hormel Turkey Chili with Beans, which is the can Chili I sometimes use, or use your own homemade Chili. Tailgating Turkey Burger
Total Time 30 Minutes
Serving Size 6 Servings

Ingredients
1 (16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Ground Turkey
⅓ cup finely chopped cilantro
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 teaspoon salt, if desired
6 slices garlic toast
1 (15-ounce) can HORMEL® Chili with Beans, heated according to can
¾ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons fat-free sour cream

Directions
1 – In large bowl combine turkey, cilantro, garlic, pepper and salt, if desired. Mix until combined. Divide meat mixture into 6 (½-inch thick) oval (football) shaped patties. Spray non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Place patties in skillet over medium-high heat. Cover and cook 18 minutes, turning 2 to 3 times and until internal temperature reaches well-done 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.

2 – Heat broiler. Place turkey burger on garlic toast. Top with chili and cheese. Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat source 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with sour cream.
* Always cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.

Breakfast Turkey Biscuit
Ingredients
1 (12-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Turkey Breakfast Sausage Patties
1 tablespoon butter
¼ cup minced onion
1½ cups egg substitute or 6 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
6 English muffins or biscuits, split
6 slices low-sodium American cheese

Directions
1) Cook turkey sausage as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer. In skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add onion and cook 2 to 3 minutes or until softned.

2) In medium bowl, combine eggs and milk; whisk until smooth. Add eggs to skillet and cook on low heat until done, stirring to cook evenly.

3) Place egg mixture on muffin or biscuit half. Top with cheese, sausage patties and muffin top.
* Always cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.

Sweet Honey Chili Glazed Carrots
A colorful, flavor-packed twist on a classic side dish! These are no ordinary carrots. This recipe features honey, chili sauce and red pepper flakes to turn up the heat! Top with some fresh mint to balance out the spice and make it look real nice.

INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
1½ tablespoons soy sauce
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 pounds assorted baby carrots, cleaned and trimmed
¼ cup chopped fresh mint leaves

DIRECTIONS
1) Heat oven to 400°F.
2) In small bowl combine honey, oil, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce and red pepper flakes. Reserve 2 tablespoons honey mixture.
3) In large bowl, toss carrots and with remaining honey mixture. Spread carrots in single layer on 2 jelly-roll pans.
4) Bake 30 minutes. Toss with reserved honey mixture and mint.

2 whole wheat flatbread or 1 (10-inch) prepared pizza crust
⅓ cup sweet barbeque sauce

¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
⅓ cup sliced green pepper
⅓ cup sliced red pepper
⅓ cup diced peaches
1 cup shredded Jalapeño Jack cheese

Directions
1 – Heat oven according to pizza crust package instructions. Place pizza crust on pizza pan and spread with barbeque sauce.

2 – Add turkey, onion, peppers, peaches and cheese. Bake according to package directions or until cheese is melted and crust is hot and golden brown.

Cranberry Orange Relish
This is a Gluten Free Recipe
Put an original spin on a Thanksgiving favorite with Cranberry Orange Relish! It adds a citrusy, minty touch to a classic cranberry recipe. This zesty relish will heighten the flavor of all your Thanksgiving dishes!

INGREDIENTS
1 (12-ounce) package fresh or frozen, thawed cranberries
½ cup sugar
¼ cup fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon minced gingerroot
2 teaspoons grated orange zest
¼ cup fresh mint leaves, coarsely chopped

DIRECTIONS
In medium saucepan combine cranberries, sugar, orange juice, gingerroot and orange zest. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat; reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until thickened. Let stand 5 minutes.
Stir in mint leaves. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

Quinoa Stuffing with Sweet Potatoes, Apples and Hazelnuts
Potatoes and protein rich quinoa, mixed with your favorite fall flavors, over a delicious twist on classic stuffing.

INGREDIENTS
2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
2 apples, peeled and chopped
1 large shallot, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups water
1 cup quinoa
½ cup chopped hazelnuts, toasted
½ cup dried cranberries
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
salt and black pepper, if desired

DIRECTIONS
1) Heat oven to 400°F. On large, rimmed baking sheet toss sweet potatoes, apples, shallot and garlic with olive oil. Roast 20 to 30 minutes or until tender.
2) In large saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add quinoa. Reduce heat to low and simmer 17 to 20 minutes or until water is absorbed. Remove from heat and fluff with fork.
3) In large bowl, combine quinoa and roasted vegetables. Add toasted hazelnuts, dried cranberries, lemon juice, thyme, cinnamon, ginger, salt and pepper, if desired.

Creamy Spinach Soup
Indulgently creamy, this spinach soup recipe will have everyone “eating their vegetables”.

INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons butter
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ cup flour
4 cups chicken broth
4 cups packed baby spinach
1 lemon
¼ cup heavy cream
salt and pepper, to taste
cream, if desired
croutons, if desired

DIRECTIONS
1) In large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add onion and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until tender.
2) Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
3) Add flour and whisk 1 minute. Gradually whisk in broth. Add spinach and stir until wilted. Simmer over low heat 10 minutes.
4) Grate peel from lemon. Juice lemon; add lemon juice to soup. Using food processor or blender, process soup to smooth puree. Return to pan. Add ¼ cup cream and lemon peel to soup. Simmer 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
5) Ladle into bowls. Drizzle with additional cream, if desired and sprinkle with croutons.
