Sweet Chili Turkey Pizza
Sweet mother of pizza! A Sweet Chili Turkey Pizza will deliver on taste in ways delivery can’t. Try this easy, homemade pizza recipe for a pizza night that pleases everybody! It’s a little sweet, a little spicy and a lot of flavor.

INGREDIENTS
2 ounces JENNIE-O® Turkey Bacon
8 ounces JENNIE-O® Slow Roasted Dark Turkey
¼ cup diced green bell peppers
1 (12-inch) pre-baked pizza crust
8 ounce sweet chili sauce
2 cups mozzarella Cheese
½ cup Cheddar cheese
½ cup Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS
1) Cook turkey bacon as specifed on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Dice; set aside.
2) Shred turkey pot roast, set aside.
3) Spread pizza crust with sweet chili sauce. Add cheeses. Top cheese with shredded turkey, green peppers and bacon bits. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
* Always cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.

Turkey Fajita Dog
Franks or fajitas? Why not both! Top your uncured turkey dog with crisp and tender bell peppers, onions, and ripe avocado for a Mexican-inspired twist! These will turn your next family grill out into a delicious turkey frank fiesta.

INGREDIENTS
8 JENNIE-O® Uncured Turkey Breast Franks
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 red bell pepper sliced
1 small red onion, sliced
1 teaspoon fajita seasoning
1 ripened avocado
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
8 hot dog buns or hoagie buns, toasted or warmed

DIRECTIONS
1) Grill turkey franks until heated through.
2) In large cast-iron skillet, over medium-high heat, cook bell peppers and onion until lightly charred and crisp tender. Stir in fajita seasoning and cook 1 minute more.
3) In small bowl, mash avocado with a fork, stir in sour cream, cilantro and lime juice.
4) Place franks in buns, top with bell pepper mixture. Dollop with avocado mixture.

BLT Turkey Brats
Our brats are amazing—but like most things, they only get better when wrapped in bacon. Top that goodness with lettuce and tomato and you’ve got a new summer favorite. Ready in under 30 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
1 (19.5-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Turkey Bratwurst
5 slices JENNIE-O® Turkey Bacon, if desired
5 tablespoons light or fat-free mayonnaise
5 reduced-calorie bratwurst buns, toasted
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup chopped tomato

DIRECTIONS
1) Wrap each turkey brat with a slice of bacon, if desired; secure bacon in place with toothpicks. Cook brats as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165ºF as measured by a meat thermometer and bacon is crisp.
2) Spread mayonnaise on each toasted bun. Remove toothpicks from brats and place in buns. Top each brat with lettuce and tomato.
* Always cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.

Mini Mexican Turkey Bacon Burgers
If you love a little heat, you’ll want to add this turkey burger to your weeknight dinner menu. Grilled jalapeño slices, fresh chipotle adobo sauce and jalapeño jack cheese top this lean burger at under 500 calories per serving.

INGREDIENTS
1 chipotle chili in adobo sauce, finely chopped
2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
2 JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Turkey Burger Patties
2 jalapeños
2 hamburger buns, split and toasted
2 lettuce leaves
4 slices tomato
2 slices jalapeño jack cheese
2 tablespoons spicy barbeque sauce
½ cup fried onions
potato wedges and pickles, if desired

DIRECTIONS
1) In small bowl, combine chipotles, 1 tablespoon adobo sauce and mayonnaise; set aside in refrigerator.
2) Grill turkey patties as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Grill jalapenos until softened and grill marks appear; slice.
3) Spread mayonnaise mixture on both cut sides of buns. Top bottom halves of buns with lettuce, tomato, burger, cheese, sauce and fried onions. Replace bun tops. Serve with potato wedges and pickles, if desired.

Turfuffle Turkey Burger
This winning burger from My Burger features a griddle-seared, hand-packed JENNIE-O® turkey patty topped with aged gruyere cheese, house-made teriyaki sauce, baby portabella mushrooms, iceberg lettuce, tomatoes and truffle aioli.

INGREDIENTS
1 (16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
2 tablespoons butter, divided
4 hamburger buns, sliced
8 baby Portobello mushrooms, sliced
2 ounces truffle aioli
1 cup iceberg lettuce
1½ ounces teriyaki sauce
4 slices Gruyere cheese
1 large tomato, sliced

DIRECTIONS
1) Shape turkey into 4½-inch thick patties and sprinkle with seasoned salt. Spray non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Preheat skillet over medium-high heat. Add turkey patties to hot skillet. Cook approximately 14 to 16 minutes, turning 2 to 3 times. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.
2) Spread half of the butter on both sides of the buns. In skillet, toast until golden brown, remove from skillet. Place remaining butter in skillet and add Portobello mushrooms. Sauté until soft, about 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
3) Spread bottom bun with truffle aioli and layer with lettuce. Top with turkey burger, teriyaki sauce, cheese, tomato, and mushrooms.
* Always cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.

Smoked Thai Turkey Sandwiches
Break out of your sandwich shell with this appe-Thai-zing creation! It’s got sugar, spice and everything nice. Like pickled carrots and pulled turkey in a zesty fish sauce? You’ll never be bored with bread again.

INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons ground paprika
4 tablespoons white sugar, divided
1 tablespoon garlic salt
2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1 package JENNIE-O® All Natural* Turkey Breast
3¼ cups warm water, divided
½ cup matchstick carrots
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 teaspoons salt, if desired
¼ cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon Thai fish sauce (add while mixing, do not heat)
8 hamburger rolls

DIRECTIONS
1) Mix together rub seasonings: brown sugar, paprkia, 2 tablespoons white sugar, garlic salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper; cover turkey breast completely. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Place turkey on hot grill and cook until internal temperature reaches well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.
2) While turkey is cooking, prepare the pickled carrots by mixing: water, carrots, rice vinegar 2 tablespoons sugar, cilantro and salt, if desired in small bowl. Cover and let sit until ready to use.
3) When turkey is done cooking, remove from grill and set aside to cool about 10 minutes; shred and mix in chopped cilantro.
4) Mix sauce ingredients: honey, soysauce and lime juice in a small sauce pan over medium-high heat.
5) Once it comes to a boil, reduce to a simmer. Allow to gently bubble for 2 minutes, then shut off and pour over the pulled turkey. Mix. Add fish sauce and mix again.
6) Place some of the pickled matchstick carrots on the bottom half of each bun. Top with a generous helping of the Thai pulled turkey and cover with the top of the bun.
* Always cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.

Turkey Bacon Biscuits
Bake up these flakey biscuits topped with egg and cheese sandwiched between crisp turkey bacon. An easy breakfast or brunch recipe for your family that’s ready in just 30 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
½ (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
½ cup shredded Swiss cheese
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
1 (10-ounce) can refrigerated flaky biscuits
5 slices JENNIE-O® Turkey Bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves

DIRECTIONS
1) Heat oven to 350ºF. Grease 10 muffin cups.
2) In small bowl, beat cream cheese, eggs and milk on low speed until smooth. Stir in Swiss cheese and green onion.
3) Separate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits. Place 1 biscuit in each greased muffin cup; firmly press in bottom and up sides, forming a ¼ -inch rim. Place half of bacon in bottom of dough-lined muffin cups. Spoon cream cheese mixture over bacon. Top with remaining bacon and parsley. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until filling is set and biscuits are golden brown. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.

2) While patties are cooking, combine mayonnaise and cilantro pesto in small bowl; mix well. Top cooked patties with mayonnaise mixture. Serve on rolls with avocado and salsa.
