Scalloped Potatoes and Ham
Full of flavor with 270 calories per serving? That’s comfort food with a nutritious twist. And whether you serve up this classic as a side or one-pot meal, every bite is full of melty cheese, delicious potatoes, and the rich, full flavor of JENNIE-O® Turkey Ham. It’s easy to make, and even easier to love. Full tummies guaranteed!

INGREDIENTS
4 tablespoons butter
¼ cup all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon black pepper
¾ cup milk
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons diced onion
¼ cup diced green pepper
2½ cups potatoes, sliced
1¼ cups JENNIE-O® Turkey Ham, diced

DIRECTIONS
1) Heat oven to 350°F.
2) Grease 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
3) In saucepan, over low-heat, melt butter. Blend in flour and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes. Gradually stir in milk. Cook until sauce starts to thicken. Stir in cheese until melted and sauce is smooth. Add onion and peppers.
4) Layer potatoes and ham in prepared baking dish. Top with sauce. Cover and bake 45 minutes. Uncover bake 20 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.

Turkey Ham Stuffed Avocados
In the mood to ham it up? Turkey Ham Stuffed Avocados are like loaded baked potatoes only better. Make them to enjoy a fast and nutritious snack with JENNIE-O® Turkey Ham anytime.

INGREDIENTS
4 avocados, halved and pitted
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
¼ cup chopped tomatoes
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 cup egg substitute
10 ounces JENNIE-O® Turkey Ham, diced and browned
½ cup crumbled Cotija cheese

DIRECTIONS
1) Scoop flesh of each avocado, leaving about a ⅛-inch border and place in medium bowl. Add cream cheese, tomatoes, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper; mix well to combine. Spoon mixture into avocado halves.
2) In medium non-stick skillet, over medium heat, cook eggs just until set. Place a small amount of egg on top of each avocado. Top with turkey ham and crumbled cheese.

Quinoa Cobb Salad Shaker
Shake up your lunch routine with this Quinoa Cobb Salad Shaker recipe. It’s everything you love about a classic cob in an easy, take-with-you-anywhere cup. With layers of savory flavor, this salad shaker makes lunchtime on the go anything but forgettable.

INGREDIENTS
1½ cups quinoa
1½ cups reduced sodium chicken broth
1½ cups water
1½ cups shredded carrots

3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
18 cherry tomatoes
¾ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
6 ounces Italian salad dressing

DIRECTIONS
1) In saucepan, mix quinoa with chicken broth and water. Bring to boil and cover, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes or until cooked. Fluff with fork and cool.
2) In 6 shaker containers, layer quinoa, carrots, turkey, ham, romaine, tomatoes and cheese. Serve with Italian dressing.

Turkey Ham Quiche
Start your weekend off right with this fresh take on a brunch favorite. And with only 15 minutes of prep time, the whole family can eat well without eating into your free time.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup diced JENNIE-O® Turkey Ham
¾ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (9-inch) frozen pie shell, baked according to package directions
¾ cup egg substitue or 3 eggs, beaten
¾ cup milk
¼ cup chopped green onions

DIRECTIONS
1) Heat oven to 350°F. Sprinkle turkey ham and cheese over baked pie shell.
2) In small bowl, whisk eggs and milk. Stir in green onions; pour into pie shell. Place pie shell on baking sheet. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Breakfast Turkey Scrambler
This breakfast pita is a tour-de-force of breakfast greatness — filled with hash browns, lean turkey ham, onion, scrambled eggs and shredded Cheddar. Under 300 calories per serving!

INGREDIENTS
¾ cup egg substitute or 3 eggs, lightly beaten
½ teaspoon paprika
½ cup milk
4-ounces JENNIE-O® Turkey Ham, cut into ¼-inch cubes
¾ cup hashbrown potatoes
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 tablespoon butter
6 Gordita or pita bread
½ cup shredded American or Cheddar cheese
salsa or hot sauce, if desired

DIRECTIONS
1) In medium bowl whisk together eggs, paprika and milk. Stir in turkey ham, potatoes and onion. In large non-stick skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add egg and meat mixture. Cook stirring occasionally until fully cooked.
2) Lay Gordita bread on flat surface; divide turkey ham mixture and cheese evenly over bread. Fold over and serve. Serve with salsa or hot sauce, if desired.

Turkey Ham and Egg on English Muffin
Marinated tomato slices, fresh guacamole, lean turkey ham and toasted English muffins combine to form this amazing breakfast sandwich. Ready in less than 15 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
2 slices tomato
2 tablespoons Italian dressing
4 slices JENNIE-O® Turkey Ham
2 eggs or ½ cup egg substitute
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
2 English muffins, split and toasted
⅓ cup WHOLLY GUACAMOLE® guacamole

DIRECTIONS
1) Marinate tomato slices in dressing 10 minutes.
2) Sauté turkey ham over medium heat 1 minute on each side.
3) In bowl whisk eggs, water and chives. In non-stick skillet over medium heat, cook egg mixture.
4) Spread muffin half with guacamole. Top with turkey ham, scrambled eggs, marinated tomato and remaining muffin half.

Turkey Ham and Barley Cream Soup

There is nothing better than a good homemade soup – especially one that takes under 30 minutes to make. This colorful, hearty recipe will have them craving seconds in seconds. It’s a perfect lunch or weeknight dinner.

INGREDIENTS

¼ cup butter or margarine
¼ cup finely chopped green onion
1 cup quick-cooking barley
5½ cups water
5½ teaspoons chicken flavored instant bouillon
1 cup slivered JENNIE-O® Turkey Ham
¼ teaspoon poultry seasoning
¼ teaspoon white pepper
1 cup light cream
1 cup frozen tiny peas, thawed
4 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
nutmeg, if desired

DIRECTIONS

1) In saucepan, over medium heat, melt butter. Add onion and cook 3 to 5 minutes or until tender. Add barley and cook, stirring until it turns a light golden color.
2) Stir in water, bouillon, turkey ham, poultry seasoning and white pepper. Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes or until barley is tender.
3) Stir in cream and peas. Heat thoroughly. Top servings with cheese and sprinkle of nutmeg, if desired.

Turkey Ham and Corn Chowder

A rich, creamy homemade broth combined with corn and turkey ham makes the perfect weeknight dinner. And at less than 300 calories per serving, comfort food just got even more comforting.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 tablespoons flour
½ teaspoon black pepper
4 cups milk
2 cups frozen hash brown potatoes
2 (11-ounce) cans corn with red and green peppers
¾ pound JENNIE-O® Turkey Ham, cut into ½-inch cubes

DIRECTIONS

1) In 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat, saute onion in vegetable oil 3 minutes or until tender. Blend in flour and black pepper. Remove pan from heat; slowly add milk; stirring constantly. Return pan to heat.
2) Add hash brown potatoes; bring mixture to boil, stirring constantly. Add corn and ham; return mixture to boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender and mixture has thickened.

Turkey Ham in Pretzel Roll

½ cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
⅓ cup roasted red bell peppers, cut in ½–inch strips
2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
½ teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
1 cup shredded Provolone cheese
1 cup diced JENNIE-O® Turkey Ham
4 pretzel rolls

 
DIRECTIONS

Heat oven to 350°F.
1) In small skillet, sauté onion in oil 4 to 5 minutes or until soft. In medium bowl, toss together onion, peppers, parsley, thyme, cheese and turkey ham.
2) To hollow pretzel rolls, cut off one end and set aside. Carefully, scrape out inside of roll; discard or save for another use. Stuff ¼ of filling mixture into pretzel. Replace cut-off end and wrap with foil. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until filling is warm.

Bistro Turkey-Onion Soup

4 cups thinly sliced onion

2 cans (10¾-ounce) condensed low-sodium beef broth
2 cups water
1½ cups diced JENNIE-O® Turkey Ham
8 slices French bread, thinly sliced
4 slices Swiss cheese
DIRECTIONS

1) In saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add onion and cook 15 minutes or until softened and golden brown. Stir in flour. Cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
2) Add broth and water; heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Add turkey ham. Cook, covered, 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3) Heat oven to 425°F. Ladle soup into 4 oven-safe bowls. Set on rimmed baking sheet. Place bread in each bowl. Top with cheese slice. Bake 4 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and browned.
