Turkey Strawberry Salad
Fresh berries and lean protein make this flavorful Turkey Strawberry Salad the ultimate summer recipe. Perfect for a picnic, brunch or weeknight dinner and ready in under 30 minutes!

Total Time – 30 Minutes
Serving Size – 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS
2 cups fresh strawberries, divided
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
¼ teaspoon coarsely cracked pepper
¼ cup olive oil
1 (10-ounce) package fresh mixed greens or baby spinach
8 ounces JENNIE-O® Turkey Breast Roast, sliced
½ cup walnuts pieces, toasted

DIRECTIONS
1) Place 1 cup strawberries in blender. Cut remaining strawberries in half and reserve to garnish salad.

2) Add honey, balsamic vinegar and coarsely cracked pepper to strawberries in blender; blend until smooth. Slowly drizzle in oil and blend to emulsify.

3) In large bowl, toss mixed greens with desired amount of strawberry dressing and divide among 4 serving plates.

4) Top with turkey and remaining strawberries and sprinkle with toasted walnuts.

Italian Turkey Salad
This Italian Turkey Salad is not only delicious, it’s packed with veggies that make for a substantial meal. Made with pasta, vegetables and turkey breast at 360 calories per serving.
Total Time – 30 Minutes
Serving Size – 4 Servings

Ingredients
1 pound rotini pasta
1 small red onion, diced
½ cup sliced ripe olives
½ cup diced red bell pepper
½ cup diced green bell pepper
½ cup diced yellow bell pepper
1 small tomato, diced
4 stalks celery, diced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup shredded red cabbage
1 pound shredded JENNIE-O® Turkey Breast Roast
1¼ cups Italian salad dressing

Directions
1) Cook pasta until al dente; drain and cool.

2) In large bowl, combine cooked pasta, onion, olives, peppers, tomato, celery, broccoli and cabbage. Add turkey; toss to mix.

3) Pour dressing over turkey and vegetables. Toss to coat.

Ingredients
1 (10-ounce) package broccoli slaw
½ cup lite coleslaw dressing
1 ½ cups barbecue sauce, divided
1 (12-inch) pre-made whole wheat pizza crust
1.25 pounds JENNIE-O® Turkey Breast Roast, in deli grab-n-go section, chopped into bite size pieces

Directions
1) Heat oven to 450°F. In medium bowl, mix broccoli slaw and coleslaw dressing; set aside.

2) Spread ¼ cup barbecue sauce over pizza crust. In large bowl, combine turkey with 1 cup barbecue sauce. Spread barbecued turkey over pizza crust. Bake 10 minutes or just until heated through.

3) Spread remaining barbecue sauce over the turkey. Top turkey with broccoli slaw.

Turkey, Onion Jam and Brie Pizza
This is pizza, all grown up. With a savory onion jam in place of pizza sauce, this taste-bud-dazzling weeknight dinner recipe is topped with Brie, Provolone and arugula. Under 500 calories per serving.

INGREDIENTS

12 ounces pizza dough
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ cup onion jam
¾ cup shredded JENNIE-O® Turkey Breast Roast
4 ounces Brie cheese, sliced
½ cup shredded Provolone cheese
½ cup baby arugula leaves
½ teaspoon balsamic vinegar
½ teaspoon olive oil
salt and freshly ground pepper, if desired

DIRECTIONS

1) Heat oven to 425°F. Roll or press pizza dough to 8-inch imperfect circle.
2) In small bowl, combine thyme, butter and garlic. Brush half the butter mixture over pizza dough. Spread dough with onion jam.
3) Top with turkey, Brie and Provolone cheese. Drizzle with remaining butter mixture. Bake 12 minutes or until crust is crisp and golden.
4) In small bowl, toss arugula, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper, if desired. Place on cooked pizza. Cut pizza into wedges.

Caprese Turkey Flatbread
There’s nothing flat tasting about this flatbread! Our Caprese Turkey Flatbread comes layered with mozzarella,
JENNIE-O® Turkey Breast Roast, Roma tomatoes and a balsamic glaze on top of fresh Naan. And with turkey as the main protein, it’s all the delicious with less guilt!

INGREDIENTS

2 Naan flatbreads
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon garlic powder
8 ounces fresh sliced mozzarella
4 ounces JENNIE-O® Turkey Breast Roast, grab-n-go dinner from the service deli
2 roma tomatoes, sliced thin
10 fresh basil leaves, torn
1 teaspoon balsamic glaze

DIRECTIONS

1) Heat oven to 350°F.
2) Mist baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
3) Rub flatbreads with olive oil; sprinkle with garlic powder. Top with mozzarella, shredded turkey, and sliced tomatoes.
4) Bake 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and flatbreads are golden brown.
5) Remove from oven. Sprinkle basil leaves on top of flatbread and drizzle with balsamic.

You’ll be using JENNIE-O® Turkey Breast Roast as the main ingredient. This is not part of the original recipe, but I think some crumbled Jennie – O Bacon would work great with this Pizza! Ingredients

Here’s a great idea for that Turkey that’s leftover from the Holidays, Savory Crescent Turkey Squares. You can prepare it by using leftover Jennie – O Turkey or by using the JENNIE-O® Turkey Breast Roast. Savory Crescent Turkey Squares

Ingredients
1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softenedSavory Crescent Turkey Squares
3 tablespoons butter, divided, softened
2 cups cubed JENNIE-O® Turkey Breast Roast
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon chopped onion
¼ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
1 (8-ounce) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
½ cup seasoned croutons, crushed
Directions
1 – Heat oven to 350°F.

2 – In bowl, combine cream cheese and 2 tablespoons butter. Stir until smooth. Add turkey, milk, onion, salt and pepper; mix together.

3 – Separate dough into 4 rectangles, sealing perforations. Spoon turkey mixture on one end of rectangle. Fold other end of dough over filling. Seal edges with fork. Place on baking pan. Brush tops with 1 tablespoon melted butter. Sprinkle with crushed croutons.

4 – Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
