Grilled Turkey Meatloaf
You haven’t had meatloaf until you’ve had it with lean ground turkey. And did you know you could grill it?! Grilled Turkey Meatloaf is made with chopped onion, sage, and brown sugar, comfort food doesn’t get better than this.
Total Time – 1 Hour
Serving Size – 5 Servings

Grilled Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 (20-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Ground Turkey
⅓ cup finely chopped onion
⅓ cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
⅔ cup chili sauce, divided
¼ cup egg substitute or 1 egg
½ teaspoon dried sage leaves
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1 tablespoons horseradish mustard or Dijon mustard

Directions
1) In large bowl, combine turkey, onion, bread crumbs, ⅓ cup chili sauce, egg and sage; mix well. On large plate, shape mixture into an 8 x 4-inch oval loaf about 1½-inches thick. Cover and chill 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.

2) Prepare grill. Using large spatulas, place loaf on oiled rack of grill over medium heat. Grill, covered, 12 minutes. Combine remaining ⅓ cup chili sauce, brown sugar and mustard; mix well. Carefully turn loaf over; brush top with chili sauce mixture.

3) Continue to grill, covered, 14 to 16 minutes longer or until the internal temperature reaches 165ºF as measured by a meat thermometer.

4) Using clean spatulas, transfer loaf to plate. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.

* Always cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.

Turkey Sausage Pizza
Sick of everyday pepperoni pizza? This easy-to-make homemade Turkey Sausage Pizza recipe will break you out of your rut, featuring flavorful Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage, bell peppers and freshly chopped basil.

Total Time – 35 Minutes
Serving Size – 6 Servings

INGREDIENTS
1 (19.5-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage
1 medium green or yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 (12-inch) pre-baked pizza crust
½ cup prepared pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella or Italian blend cheese, divided
2 thin slices red onion, separated into rings
fresh basil, chopped, if desired

DIRECTIONS
1) Heat oven to 450ºF.
2) Remove and discard casing from sausage.
3) Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat skillet over medium-high heat. Place sausage and hot peppers in hot skillet. Cook uncovered, turning occasionally, 17-19 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer.
4) Break sausage into chunks and stir occasionally.
5) Place pizza crust on baking sheet. Spread sauce over crust and add 1 cup cheese. Top with sausage mixture and onion rings. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheese.
6) Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with fresh basil, if desired.
* Always cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.

This holiday-themed Turkey, Asparagus, Cranberry & Brie Wrap is a total game changer in the sandwich/wrap world. Shredded turkey, asparagus, leftover stuffing, brie cheese, and cranberry jelly— try for yourself and witness this tortilla wrapped miracle.

Total Time: 30 Minutes
Serving Size: 2 Servings

Ingredients
3 – tablespoons cranberry jelly
2 – whole wheat flour tortillas
12 – asparagus spears or green beans, cooked until just tender
1 – cup shredded leftover JENNIE-O® OVEN READY™ Turkey
1/2 – cup leftover stuffing
2 – ounces brie cheese, thinly sliced
Leftover gravy to serve, if desired

Directions
1 – Spread jelly over one side of each tortilla. Place asparagus, turkey, stuffing and brie cheese down the center of both tortillas. Roll-up to enclose filling.

2 – Spray grill with cooking spray.

3 – Cook 5 minutes on each side or until crisp.

4 – Serve with gravy, if desired.

Turkey Taco Pizza Pie
This delicious Mexican dinner recipe is as fun to eat as it is to say. Turkey Taco Pizza Pie! Made with lean ground turkey, fresh peppers and cornbread, the kids will be saying it for days to come.
Total Time – 1 Hour
Serving Size – 6 Servings

INGREDIENTS
1 (16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Ground Turkey
1 onion, chopped
1 small green bell pepper, chopped
1 (14-ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 (14-ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (6-ounce) can ripe olives, sliced
1 cup salsa
1 (8-ounce) package cornbread muffin mix
2 cups shredded taco cheese, divided
shredded lettuce, sour cream and taco sauce, if desired

DIRECTIONS
1) Heat oven to 400°F.
2) Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat skillet over medium-high heat.
3) Add ground turkey to hot skillet. Stir to crumble, approximately 14 to 16 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer.
4) Add onion, green pepper, tomatoes, corn, olives and salsa. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare cornbread muffin mix as specified on package. Spread batter into greased deep dish pizza pan. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
5) Remove cornbread from oven, sprinkle with 1 cup cheese. Spread turkey mixture on top of cheese, then top turkey mixture with remaining 1 cup of cheese.
6) Bake 4 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
7) Serve with shredded lettuce, sour cream and taco sauce, if desired.
* Always cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.

Total Time – 8 Hours 10 Minutes Hour
Serving Size – 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 cup oil
⅓ cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoons sugar
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
12 ounces JENNIE-O® Tender Browned Turkey Breast, thick sliced from the service deli
2 pita pocket bread, halved and split
1 tomato, sliced
4 tablespoons fat-free ranch dressing

DIRECTIONS

1) In large bowl, whisk oil, vinegar, mustard, sugar, pepper, tarragon and red pepper flakes. Cube turkey; add to mixture. Cover and marinate overnight. Drain turkey from marinade; discard marinade.
2) Broil turkey 5 to 6 inches from heat source 10 minutes or until turkey is heated. Fill pita pocket with turkey and tomato.
3) Drizzle ranch dressing over turkey.

Turkey Breakfast Sausage Chilaquiles
Total Time – 30 Minutes

Turkey Breakfast Sausage Chilaquiles are the perfect way to start the day! Corn tortillas soaked in salsa, topped with cheese, onions, and avocado at 200 calories per serving — breakfast can’t get any better than this.

INGREDIENTS

SAUCE:
2 (14.5-ounce) cans diced fire roasted tomatoes
1 cup chopped onion
1 roasted red bell pepper
1 cup fat-free low-sodium chicken broth
¼ cup chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons chopped garlic
½ teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon ground mustard
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon chipotle chile in adobo sauce, if desired
salt and pepper, if desired
CHILAQUILES:
1 (16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Mild Turkey Breakfast Sausage Roll
48 baked corn tortilla chips
½ cup thinly sliced red onion
¼ cup crumbled low-fat feta cheese
¼ cup chopped fresh
1 medium avocado, diced or ½ cup guacamole, if desired

DIRECTIONS

1) Chilaquiles is a classic Mexican dish, traditionally made with fried corn tortillas soaked in red or green salsa (sauce).

2) It is usually topped with fresh Mexican cheese (queso fresco), onions, avocado and sometimes chicken.

3) It can be served with refried beans and/or eggs, if desired.

4) This recipe features better-for-you turkey breakfast sausage.

5) Sauce:

6) In bowl of food processor or jar of a blender purée all sauce ingredients until smooth.

7) Pour into a 2 quart sauté pan, simmer sauce, stirring, 3 minutes and season with salt and pepper, if desired.

8) Keep warm. (Sauce may be made 2 days ahead and chilled, covered.) Yield 6 cups.

9) Chilaquiles:

10) Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat skillet over medium-high heat. Place ½ inch thick patties in hot skillet. Turn occasionally and cook approximately 15 to 17 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer. Set aside.

11) Assemble Chilaquiles in shallow dishes or soup bowls.

12) Crumble 6 tortilla chips into each bowl.

13) Top with ¾ cup very hot sauce.

14) Sprinkle with ¼ cup turkey sausage crumbles.

15) Garnish with onion, feta cheese, cilantro and avocado, if desired.
* Always cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.
