Classic Turkey Club
Lunch plans are all set with this classic deli sandwich that’s ready-in-under-15-minutes. Dig in to layers of oven roasted turkey, extra lean turkey ham, crisp lettuce, fresh cucumber and cheddar cheese.

INGREDIENTS
3 slices whole-grain toast
1 tablespoon mustard
2 lettuce leaves
1 slice Cheddar cheese
2 ounces JENNIE-O® DELI FAVORITES® GRAND CHAMPION® Reduced Sodium Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, thinly sliced from the service deli
4 slices cucumber
2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
3 slices tomato
1 ounce JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Turkey Ham, 20% water added, thinly sliced from the service deli

DIRECTIONS
1) Spread 1 slice toast with mustard; top with leaf lettuce, cheese, turkey and cucumber.
2) Add another slice of toast, top with mayonnaise, leaf lettuce, tomato and ham. Add remaining toast and cut into quarters.

Cucumber and Turkey Ham on Rye
Mini sandwiches win over any party. Ready in just under 15 minutes, you’ll want to keep this turkey appetizer recipe handy for your next gathering.

INGREDIENTS
8 ounces sliced JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Turkey Ham, 25% water added, from the service deli
32 small slices rye bread
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 small cucumber, peeled and sliced
fresh dill, if desired

DIRECTIONS
1) Cut each slice of turkey ham into quarters; set aside. Spread bread pieces with cream cheese. Fold turkey quarters in half. Place turkey on cream cheese.
2) Top each piece with cucumber slice and garnish with fresh dill, if desired

California Beach Club Wrap
A wrap recipe so fresh and ready for the beach, you can almost smell the suntan lotion. Crispy turkey bacon, creamy avocado, and fresh Roma tomatoes fill this picnic wrap that’s ready in under 15 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

4 slices JENNIE-O® Turkey Bacon
½ cup garden vegetable flavored cream cheese
4 (8-10-inch) flour tortillas
¼ pound JENNIE-O® Oven Browned Turkey Breast, from the service deli, thinly sliced
¼ pound JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Turkey Ham, 25% water added, thinly sliced, from the service deli
2 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 avocado, peeled and diced

DIRECTIONS

1) Cook turkey bacon as specified on the package and chop into pieces; set aside. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Spread cream cheese on tortillas.
2) Evenly divide turkey, ham, bacon, tomato and avocado among tortillas. Roll up tortillas.
* Always cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.

Turkey Ham Ciabatta

Now THIS is the way to get your melt-y Italian sandwich fix — lean turkey ham, warm marinara and melted Provolone topped with arugula and Italian dressing. And it’s under 300 calories per serving!

INGREDIENTS

1 loaf ciabatta bread, cut into quarters, halved lengthwise and toastedturkey-ham-ciabatta
⅓ cup pizza sauce
4 slices Provolone cheese
8 slices JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Turkey Ham
½ cup arugula leaves
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 teaspoons lemon juice
salt and freshly ground pepper, if desired

 
DIRECTIONS

1) Heat broiler. On baking sheet, arrange bottom halves of bread. Spread with pizza sauce.
2) Top with cheese. Broil 4-inches from heat source 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with turkey ham.
3) In small bowl toss arugula, olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper, if desired. Arrange on top of turkey ham. Cover with bread tops.
