Turkey and Mango Chutney Sandwich
This classic turkey and veggie sandwich is surprisingly good when topped with sweet mango chutney and curry. Ready in under 15 minutes and under 300 calories per serving.

INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
½ teaspoon curry powder
4 slices 12-grain bread
2 lettuce leaves
4 ounces JENNIE-O® Cracked Pepper Turkey Breast, from the service deli
12 slices cucumber
2 tablespoons mango chutney

DIRECTIONS
1) In small bowl, combine mayonnaise and curry. Spread on 2 slices bread.
2) Top with lettuce, turkey and cucumber. Spread remaining bread with mango chutney. Place on cucumber

Bell Pepper Turkey Wrap
This wrap recipe ticks every box for for flavor, with loads of fresh, crunchy veggies, a creamy ranch spread and a spicy kick from diced cracked pepper deli turkey.

INGREDIENTS
4 ounces cream cheese
1 tablespoon dry ranch seasoning mix
2 tablespoons salsa
6 ounces diced JENNIE-O® Cracked Pepper Turkey Breast, from the service deli
2 tablespoons diced cucumber
2 tablespoons diced red bell pepper
1 tablespoon finely diced red onion
¼ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
4 sun dried tomato basil tortillas
8 lettuce leaves

DIRECTIONS
1) In bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch seasoning and salsa; mix until smooth. Add diced turkey, cucumber, bell pepper, onion and cheese. Gently fold ingredients together.
2) Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over tortillas. Layer lettuce and turkey mixture. Roll tortilla and filling. Cut in half diagonally.

These quick and easy roll-ups pack a lot of flavor with pre-seasoned deli meat, blue cheese and celery. Try them as a snack or appetizer.

INGREDIENTS

½ cup fat-free blue cheese dressing
4 celery stalks, cut into 4 pieces

DIRECTIONS
1) Lay turkey on work surface. Spread turkey with thin layer of dressing.
2) Place single celery stick on short edge of turkey slice and roll up tightly.
3) Repeat with remaining turkey slices and ingredients.

Creamy Herb Dip
Crackers need some classing up? Freshen your snack time with this savory, creamy, veggie-packed dip. Low in carbs and ready in under 15 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup fat-free sour cream
4 ounces goat cheese, softened
½ pound diced JENNIE-O® Cracked Pepper Turkey Breast
¼ cup minced green onions
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
¼ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes, drained
crackers, if desired

DIRECTIONS
1) In medium bowl combine sour cream and goat cheese until smooth.
2) Add turkey, green onion, parsley and sun-dried tomato; blend well. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with crackers, if desired.
