Diabetic Low Fat Blue Cheese Dressing Recipe
Learn how to make blue cheese salad dressing with low-fat cottage cheese, buttermilk, and nonfat yogurt.

Ingredients
1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
2 tablespoons sliced green onion
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon white pepper

Directions
Yield: 2 cups
Serving size: 1 tablespoon

1 – Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill.
