Grilling Corn…..
Clean and oil grilling grate. Season the corn with salt and pepper, plus a slick of butter or oil, then pull the husks back over the corn and plop them on the grill. This will protect the corn kernels from the hot iron grills and help them steam a bit while they’re grilling, making them even more tender. Remove corn from the grill and let it rest for 2 minutes. Roll in butter, sprinkle with salt, and serve immediately.

Kitchen Hint of the Day!
November 26, 2016 at 6:15 AM | Posted in Kitchen Hints | Leave a commentTags: Baking, Cooking, Cooking Tips, Corn, Corn on the cob, Food, Grilling, Kitchen Hints, recipes
I watched our neighbor use this hint just last week……
When cutting corn off the cob, do it in a large, stainless steel bowl. This will keep the splatters inside the bowl so you get all the cream possible and it cuts down on the mess.
