Today’s Menu: Ancient Grain Mini Naan Bread Pizza – Turkey Pepperoni and Turkey Sausage

 

 

For Breakfast to start this morning off I prepared Sausage links and Scrambled Eggs. I fried up a couple of Jennie – O Turkey Breakfast Sausage Links. Next I Scrambled a couple of eggs, topped them with a sprinkle of Sargento Off the Block Cheddar Cheese and Ortega Smoky Chipotle Taco Sauce. I love the Ortega Sauce, it gives food such excellent flavor. Also had my morning cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. A whole lot cooler out today! It was 31 degrees this morning and a high of 46 degrees, it was a record high of 84 degrees 2 days ago! This Ohio weather is something! Still windy out there! I got the cart, rake, and leaf blower out and did some storm cleanup from the bad storm the other night. Lot of Tree Limbs and branches, leaves, and trash all over. I got my yard and helped 3 of my neighbors out cleaning theirs. I’m so glad I’ve got the 4 wheel mobility cart so I can do things like this! For Dinner tonight Ancient Grain Mini Naan Bread Pizza – Turkey Pepperoni and Turkey Sausage.

We love these Naan Bread Pizzas so much! These are so easy to fix and so delicious! I had a package of Stonefire Mini Naan Ancient Grain Bread in the freezer, laid it in the fridge overnight to thaw. For my toppings for the Pizza I’m using Hormel Turkey Pepperoni, Jennie – O Lean Turkey Sausage, Black Olives, Green Olives, Oscar Mayer Hickory Smoked Bacon Bits, Sargento Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, and Ragu Traditional Pizza Sauce. I love this Stonefire Mini Naan Ancient Grain Bread, it tastes so fresh and bakes up perfect!

 

 

I first Preheated the oven on 400 degrees. Next I grabbed a small skillet, sprayed it with Pam No Stick Cooking Spray, and heated it on medium heat. As the skillet was heating I opened up a roll of the Jennie – O Lean Turkey Sausage. I cut off a slice of it and crumbled up. Added it to the heated skillet and fried Sausage Crumbles. When they were browned and heated through removed them from the skillet into a small bowl until ready to use.

 

With the oven preheated I lined the Naan Bread to the baking sheet and baked it for 2 minutes. When the Bread cooled I added the toppings on top. I started with the Ragu Pizza Sauce. Next slices of Hormel Turkey Pepperoni. Then the Jennie – O Turkey Sausage Crumbles, next the Black and Green Sliced Olives, Lite House Dried Oregano, Oscar Mayer Bacon Bits, and finally the Sargento Shredded Mozzarella Cheese. Slid the baking sheet back into the oven to bake.

 

I baked the Naan Bread Pizzas for about 8 minutes, until the ingredients had heated through and Cheese melted. Pulled the baking sheet from the oven and let the Pizzas cool for 3 minutes. With the first bite you’ll knew the Naan Bread is the perfect Pizza Crust! The Crust has excellent taste and bakes up perfect. Then with all my toppings had some great Pizzas. Plus a lot fewer calories and carbs than normal Pizza Pies. I keep a couple of packs of the Stonefire Mini Naan Ancient Grain Bread and keep them in the freezer. For Dessert later a Sugar Free Dark Cherry Jello.

Today’s Menu: Ancient Grain Mini Naan Bread Pizza – Turkey Pepperoni and Turkey Sausage

 

 

 

For Breakfast to start this morning off I prepared Spam and Scrambled Eggs. I used Turkey Spam that I sliced width wise. Grabbed a skillet and gave it a spray of Pam Non Stick Cooking Spray and fried my Spam on medium heat. Cooked each side until browned, and done. Next I Scrambled a couple of eggs, topped them with a sprinkle of Sargento Off the Block Cheddar Cheese and Ortega Smoky Chipotle Taco Sauce. I love the Ortega Sauce, it gives food such excellent flavor. Also had my morning cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. 56 degrees and partly cloudy out today. Painted the trim I replaced around the shed. Got the water hose out of the shed and sprayed down the driveway, it needed cleaning bad. Had to drain and store the hose. Tomorrow, after several Spring like days, the high is only going to be about 39 degrees but back near 60 degrees by Sunday. This Ohio weather is something! This is why so many people in this area have sinus problems. Oh well, it’s Home Sweet Home! For Dinner tonight Ancient Grain Mini Naan Bread Pizza – Turkey Pepperoni and Turkey Sausage.

Today’s Menu: Ancient Grain Mini Naan Bread Pizza – Turkey Pepperoni and Turkey Sausage

 

 

A delicious hot Breakfast for a cold Winter’s Morning! I prepared my Skillet Potatoes and Ham Breakfast Skillet. I used 1 package of Simply Potatoes Steakhouse Seasoned Diced Potatoes and a package of Meijer Diced Ham. Just cooked the Potatoes according to the package instructions and with about 5 minutes of cooking time left add the Diced Ham. I topped it with Sargento Reduced Fat Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese and a Fried Egg Sunnyside Up. And Breakfast is served! Also had my morning cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. Partly cloudy, windy, and 51 degrees out today. Got the cart out of the shed along with a rake and leaf blower. Cleaned off the deck and and cleaned off the driveway area. Not much else to do today. I did do a load of laundry for Mom a bit later. For Dinner tonight Ancient Grain Mini Naan Bread Pizza – Turkey Pepperoni and Turkey Sausage.

For Breakfast this morning I toasted a Thomas Light English Muffin that I topped with I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter. I also had my morning cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. Partly cloudy and 53 degrees out today. After Breakfast I went to Kroger for a couple of items and stopped by McDonald’s and picked up Breakfast for Mom. Back home did a load of laundry and did a few things around the house. Later on I drove to the airport and picked up a friend of mine who was coming into town for a couple of weeks. For Dinner tonight Ancient Grain Mini Naan Bread Pizza – Turkey Pepperoni and Turkey Sausage.

For Breakfast this morning I toasted a Thomas Light 100% Multi Grain English Muffin and topped it with Smucker’s Sugarless Blackberry Jam. Also a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. Had some showers in the morning and then cloudy and 48 degrees and cloudy all day. After Breakfast I went to the ATM, filled the car up with gas, and stopped by McDonald’s and picked up Breakfast for Mom. Back home cleaned and straightened the freezer and pantry. Then did some online Christmas shopping. For Dinner tonight; Ancient Grain Mini Naan Bread Pizza – Turkey Pepperoni and Turkey Sausage.

Today’s Menu: Ancient Grain Mini Naan Bread Pizza – Turkey Pepperoni and Turkey Sausage

He’s an older gentlemen and his wife is in ICU with a heart condition so we got his for him. Between the 3 yards we filled up 10 Hefty yard bags. And you won’t be able to tell we raked in 2 days! Today’s Menu: Ancient Grain Mini Naan Bread Pizza – Turkey Pepperoni and Turkey Sausage

 

For Breakfast this morning I had the morning cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. 94 degrees and sunny out today, quite warm out there! I got the cart out of the shed and gave my neighbor a hand moving bags of dirt and wood chips from his car to his shed. Having the cart sure came in handy! Took a spin around the neighborhood before the heat set in. Spent the afternoon watching NFL Football. For Dinner tonight, Ancient Grain Mini Naan Bread Pizza – Turkey Pepperoni and Turkey Sausage.

 

 

 

I love having these little Pizzas! They always tastes so fresh and bake up perfect, make a good meal. So I picked up another package of Stonefire Mini Naan Ancient Grain Bread and Jennie – O Turkey Lean Turkey Sausage at Meijer my last visit there. For my toppings for the Pizza I’m using Stonefire Mini Naan Ancient Grain Bread, Hormel Turkey Pepperoni, Jennie – O Lean Turkey Sausage, Black Olives, Green Olives, Oscar Mayer Hickory Smoked Bacon Bits, Sargento Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, and Ragu Traditional Pizza Sauce.

 

 

 

 

I first Preheated the oven on 400 degrees. Next I grabbed a small skillet, sprayed it with Pam No Stick Cooking Spray, and heated it on medium heat. As the skillet was heating I opened up a roll of the Jennie – O Lean Turkey Sausage. I cut off a slice of it and crumbled up. Added it to the heated skillet and fried Sausage Crumbles. When they were browned and heated through removed them from the skillet into a small bowl until ready to use.

 

 

 

 

When the Bread cooled I added the toppings on top. I started with the Ragu Pizza Sauce. Next slices of Hormel Turkey Pepperoni. Then the Jennie – O Turkey Sausage Crumbles, next the Black and Green Sliced Olives, Lite House Dried Oregano, Oscar Mayer Bacon Bits, and finally the Sargento Shredded Mozzarella Cheese. Slid the baking sheet back into the oven to bake.

 

 

 

 

 

I baked the Naan Bread Pizzas for about 8 minutes, until the ingredients had heated through and Cheese melted. Pulled the baking sheet from the oven and let the Pizzas cool for 3 minutes. With the first bite you’ll knew the Naan Bread is the perfect Pizza Crust! The Crust had excellent taste and baked up perfect. Then with all my toppings had some great Pizzas. Plus a lot fewer calories and carbs than normal Pizza Pies. I keep a couple of packs of the Stonefire Mini Naan Ancient Grain Bread and keep them in the freezer. For Dessert/Snack later a bowl of Skinny Pop – Pop Corn and a Coke Zero to drink.

For Breakfast this morning I toasted a Thomas Light 100% Multi Grain English Muffin and topped it with Smucker’s Sugarless Blackberry Jam. Also had the morning cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. Mostly sunny and 87 degrees out today. Hotter and a bit more humid. After Breakfast I went to Meijer to buy Mom a couple of new lawn chairs and a small table for outside. Not much else going on so I got the cart out of the shed and rode around the neighborhood for a while. For Dinner tonight; Ancient Grain Mini Naan Bread Pizza – Turkey Pepperoni and Turkey Sausage.
