Today’s Menu: Shrimp Chow Mein Stir Fry

It was Shrimp Chow Mein Stir-Fry tonight!. I used Kroger Brand Jumbo White Jumbo Shrimp, La Choy Sweet and Sour Sauce, Dynasty Baby Corn, Kroger Brand Sliced Water Chestnuts, Ichiban Chow Mein Noodles, Mini Carrots, and sliced Mushrooms. I precooked the Shrimp about 3 minutes adding La Choy Sweet and Sour Sauce the last 1 minute. I also precooked the Baby Corn and Mini Carrots. I then fired the wok up and cooked the Chow Mein Noodles and then added all the ingredients. I also added a little Low Sodium Soy Sauce as every thing was cooking. Looks like Jolly Time Mini Bag of Pop Corn for a dessert/snack later.

I thawed and warmed up the Shrimp Chow Mein Stir-Fry that was left over from the other night. I had used Kroger Brand Jumbo White Shrimp, La Choy Sweet and Sour Sauce, Dynasty Baby Corn, Kroger Brand Sliced Water Chestnuts, Ichiban Chow Mein Noodles, Mini Carrots, and sliced Mushrooms. I precooked the Shrimp about 3 minutes and marinated them in the La Choy Sweet and Sour Sauce. I also precooked the Baby Corn and Mini Carrots. I then fired the wok up and cooked the Chow Mein Noodles and then added all the ingredients. I also added a little Low Sodium Soy Sauce as every thing was cooking.

I bought a new Wok this morning and guess what was for dinner, Stir-Fry! Shrimp Chow Mein Stir-Fry. I used Kroger Brand Jumbo White Shrimp, La Choy Sweet and Sour Sauce, Dynasty Baby Corn, Kroger Brand Sliced Water Chestnuts, Ichiban Chow Mein Noodles, Mini Carrots, and sliced Mushrooms. Today’s Menu: Shrimp Stir-fry

Made a healthy and quick & easy dish tonight, Shrimp Stir-fry. Used White Shrimp, Mini Carrots, Mushrooms, Water Chestnuts, and Sapporo Japanese Style Noodles.

 

Ingredients

12 Small to Medium size Shrimp, peeled and deveined

12 Mini Carrots

1/2 Of a Small package of Sliced Mushrooms

1 Can of Sliced Water Chestnuts

1 Package of Sapporo Noodles, the kind and brand is optional

2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil, divided. To fry Shrimp and Mushrooms

 

* To save time I pan fried the Shrimp and Sauteed the Sliced Mushrooms before adding them to the wok.

* Cook Noodles according to instructions. You can use a Wok or Large frying pan to make dish.

* As Noodles were finishing I added precooked Shrimp, Mini Carrots, Sliced Mushrooms, and sliced Water Chestnuts.

* Continued heating an additional 2 minutes stirring the entire time.

* After all ingredients are warmed remove from heat and serve
