Oats are great at lowering cholesterol and because of this I’m always trying to sneak them in my recipes in an attempt to make them healthier. This low carb version of a risotto is made with steel-cut oats instead of rice making it a healthier heart-healthy alternative. You won’t believe how similar this tastes to a regular risotto!
