I have a another recipe from Jennie -O to share with you, Pepper Jack Melt with Turkey and Bacon. To make this Delicious Sandwich you’ll be needing Jennie – O Turkey Bacon, JENNIE-O® Tender Browned Turkey (Deli), Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns, Dried Cranberries, Pepper Jack Cheese, Tomato, Fat Free Ranch Dressing, and Ground Black Pepper. Pepper Jack Melt with Turkey and Bacon
Any sandwich is better with melted cheese. This one takes it to the next level with crispy bacon, fresh-sliced deli turkey, cranberries, melted pepper jack and fresh tomato. This Pepper Jack Melt with Turkey & Bacon is bold new take on a classic favorite recipe. Under 500 calories per serving!

Total Time – 15 Minutes
Serving Size – 4 Servings

4 slices JENNIE-O® Turkey Bacon
8 ounces thinly sliced JENNIE-O® Tender Browned Turkey, from the service deli
4 reduced-calorie whole wheat hamburger buns
8 teaspoons dried cranberries
4 slices pepper jack cheese
1 large tomato, cut into 8 slices
4 tablespoons fat-free ranch dressing
freshly ground pepper, if desired

1) Preheat a nonstick skillet or electric griddle over medium heat (375°F.). Heat slices of bacon for 6-7 minutes or until desired crispness, turning frequently.

2) Heat broiler.

3) On baking sheet, layer turkey on bun bottom. Top with bacon, dried cranberries and cheese.

4) Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven.

5) Top each sandwich with 2 tomato slices, ranch dressing and bun top.
