Today’s Menu: Penn Station Subs

To start this day off I toasted a Thomas Light English Muffin and topped it with Smucker’s Sugar Free Blackberry Jam. Also had a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. 63 degrees and partly sunny out, not bad weather for December 11th! After Lunch I delivered some of Mom’s Fudge and Buckeyes to my a couple of cousins and to a friend of mine. Back home I cleaned the Kitchen. Then nothing, I was a slug! Enjoyed it too! Plus the Kitchen is Closed, Penn Station tonight!

We had ordered Penn Station Subs a while back and enjoyed them so much we are having them again! I ordered a couple of Subs for us. Mom had the Reuben Footlong with Fresh Cut Fries and I had the Dagwood on Multi Grain Bun with Turkey, Salami, Ham, and American Cheese. We’ll make this a regular stop, these are so Delicious! Mom’s Fresh Cut Fries were good too! Great Job Penn Station!
