I’ve got another Refreshing Summer Dessert/Drink to pass along, Cantaloupe Cooler. This one is made using Cantaloupe, Vanilla Yogurt, Lemon Juice, Nutra Sweet, and Cinnamon. Beat the Heat! Cantaloupe Cooler
Full of the flavors of in-season, juicy cantaloupes, this refreshing drink is ready in just 5 minutes!

Yield: 1 serving
Serving size: 1 cooler
Preparation time: 5 minutes

Ingredients
1 cup cubed cantaloupe
1/2 cup nonfat, no-sugar-added vanilla yogurt
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
1 packet NutraSweet
Dash cinnamon

Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
