Today’s Menu: Buffalo Cheese Burger and Fries

For Breakfast this morning I made 3 Bean Buffalo Chili and Cheese Omelet. I used the leftover 3 Bean Buffalo Chili, Egg Beater’s Egg Whites, and Sargento Reduced Calorie Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese. I also had my morning cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. Rain on and off all day and 45 degrees out. Well I talked to a few people that are above knee amputees like myself and they all seem to suffer from Phantom Pains, and some have them a lot more often than I do! So I guess it could be worse. Sure wish they would find a cure, and soon! So with all the rain just did a few things around the house. For Dinner tonight I prepared a Buffalo Cheese Burger and Baked Fries.

As always I’m using the Wild Idea Buffalo 1/3-Lb Burgers. Just love these Buffalo Burgers; meaty, juicy and just flat out delicious! Preheated up a skillet that I sprayed with Pam Cooking Spray, seasoned my Burger with McCormick Grinder Sea Salt and Black Peppercorn. I then pan fried it about 3 1/2 minutes per side, and done. After I flipped the Burger I added a slice Boar’s Head Vermont Yellow Cheddar. I’m serving it on a Healthy Life Wheat Hamburger Bun.

I also baked some Ore Ida Crinkle Cut Fries, served these with a side of Hunt’s Ketchup for dipping. For Dessert/Snack later a bowl of Skinny Pop – Pop Corn and a Peach Snapple to drink.

Prepare for a whole new level of burger. Conveniently pre-made into one-third pound patties that are ever so grillable. Dinner ready. Each pack is 1 pound with 3 – 1/3 Lb patties.
