  1. Looks delicious! Chili is all about the beans and the spices I know, there are many who shun beans in chili, but I grew up in the northeast and if there are no beans, it is not chili.

    • I agree , got to have those beans. I think with beans it adds flavor and thickness of the chili.

      • Absolutely! Otherwise it’s just meat in sauce (I know, a lot of Texans will groan at this…).
