  1. Thanks for sharing my recipe. I am being told that they deep fry the wings naked with out flour and not bake them. Then they dump Frank’s hot sauce on them. Frank’s wife made the original Buffalo wings and sauce. The sauce recipe is from the original sauce recipe before it was commercially bottled. I have never seen a bottle of Frank’s wing sauce where I live. Not all of us wants or allowed to eat that much fat. This is a great baked wing recipe. A friend gave me this recipe in the early 70;s and it was from a newspaper clipping.

      • Now you can save your money and make the sauce fresh. The sauce is very inexpensive to make. I grew up in Ohio.
