BISON BITS SPREAD
In this bison bits spread recipe, we do the heavy lifting for you. All you do is add the mayo. Try our delicious Barbecue Bison “strips and bits”. For the barbecue purist, we simmer “strips and bits” of our bison in our famous BBQ sauce until it melts in your mouth. Arrives fully cooked and ready to heat and serve. They make ideal sandwiches and lend themselves to your favorite side dishes. And, of course, you have the health benefits of bison. Great barbecue and healthier for you. Each order includes 2 (24 oz) packages Barbecue Bison – prepared as “strips and bits.”

Ingredients:

(8-oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
6 green onions, chopped
(3-oz.) slivered almonds mayonnaise
(12-oz.) Bison bits

Preparation:
We do all the heavy lifting for you. All you have to do is mix together with enough mayonnaise to spread and serve with your favorite crackers.
