This week’s Jennie – O Turkey Recipe of the Week is – California Beach Club Wrap. Wrap it, and Wrap it healthy with this week’s California Beach Club Wrap recipe! It uses JENNIE-O® Oven Browned Turkey Breast and JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Turkey Ham, both can be purchased at the Deli Counter. California Beach Club Wrap
A wrap recipe so fresh and ready for the beach, you can almost smell the suntan lotion. Crispy turkey bacon, creamy avocado, and fresh Roma tomatoes fill this picnic wrap that’s ready in under 15 minutes.


4 slices JENNIE-O® Turkey Bacon
½ cup garden vegetable flavored cream cheese
4 (8-10-inch) flour tortillas
¼ pound JENNIE-O® Oven Browned Turkey Breast, from the service deli, thinly sliced
¼ pound JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Turkey Ham, 25% water added, thinly sliced, from the service deli
2 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 avocado, peeled and diced


1) Cook turkey bacon as specified on the package and chop into pieces; set aside. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Spread cream cheese on tortillas.
2) Evenly divide turkey, ham, bacon, tomato and avocado among tortillas. Roll up tortillas.
* Always cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.
