Parmesan Turkey Sliders

Even after I’ve sent everyone home with an ample amount of leftovers, I still have leftovers! Well I know I’m not the only one because if you follow us you saw Linda’s awesome sandwich yesterday… here is how I used some of my turkey and the leftover dinner rolls too.
Parmesan Turkey Sliders
1 lb leftover turkey
1/4 cup Chardonnay
1 egg
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup roasted garlic
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup turkey stock
2 tbs dried oregano & sun dried tomatoes
salt and pepper
1 cup desired tomato sauce
3/4 Gouda cheese
Mix the turkey with the egg, bread crumbs, Parmesan, roasted garlic, mayonnaise, turkey stock, dried herbs and add salt & pepper to taste.
