Cooking with Mr Fitz

Ok.. Put your hands down if you are vegetarian ( a ‘real’ one not the kind that thinks fish, chicken and sheep guts (cheese) are ok to eat..)..

Or a vegan.. Or simply someone who doesn’t like good fried chicken.. (Freak!)..

Doors shut behind you ?

Then let’s begin..

Taking red ticket wings .. Dredging in cornflour seasoned with Japanese powder and veg broth powder..

Heating up the sunflower oil in the trusty uncle bens wok..

Frying in batches ..

Once crispy draining of course on ikea brown paper .. Nothing better to retain crispness !!

The sauce ..

It just has to franks buffalo wing sauce..

You simply cannot beat it..
