A Perfect Breakfast for Dinner

Today’s Menu: One Egg Sunnyside Up, Turkey Breakfast Patties, Hash Browns, and ToastBreakfast Dinner 002

I had skimpped on Breakfast the last few mornings, in hurry to get a few things done early. So I was really wanting a good Breakfast so what better time than Dinner Time! I prepared One Egg Sunnyside Up, Turkey Breakfast Patties, Hash Browns, and Toast. This sounds good enough for any meal!
I prepared the Egg and Turkey Patties on a griddle and the Hash Browns in a small skillet. I really like using the griddle when possible. All you have to do is give it a light spray of Pam and your ready to cook. No Oil needed which means less fat and calories. Scrambled Eggs and Sunnyside Up are my favorite ways to prepare Eggs, I went with Sunnyside Up. I used Jennie – O Lean Turkey Breakfast Sausage. Comes in a roll, just slice and form the size of Patties you want. For my Hash Browns I used Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns. Then to top everything off I toasted 2 slices of Healthy Life Whole Grain Bread topped with I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter. To drink a nice cold glass of 2% Milk. For dessert later a 100 Calorie Mini Bag of Jolly Time Pop Corn.





Jennie – O Lean Turkey Breakfast Sausage Roll – MildJO GRD TURK SAUS.
Breakfast Sausage Rolls contain less fat than regular pork sausage.
Product Features:
Gluten Free
16-oz package (1 lbs)

Cooking Instructions:
Remove casing and slice roll into 1/2 inch thick patties.

Preheat oven to 400 °F.
Spray shallow baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Place patties in pan.
Bake approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
Always cook to well-done, 165º F. as measured by a meat thermometer.

Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
Preheat skillet over medium-high heat.
Place patties in hot skillet.
Turn occasionally and cook approximately 15 to 17 minutes.
Always cook to well-done, 165º F. as measured by a meat thermometer.
