So the idea behind this pizza is pretty simple… We combined one of our favorite pub foods with pizza and that’s how the Buffalo Chicken Pizza was born.

You will need:

  • Pizza Dough (your own recipe or mine)
  • Ranch Dressing
  • Shredded Chicken
  • 1/3 cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • Grated cheddar, marble, or monterey jack cheese
  • Cooked bacon, chopped (optional)
  • Blue Cheese(optional)
  • Green Onions, chopped for garnish (optional)

Once you’ve rolled out your pizza dough, spread some ranch dressing on it.  In a separate bowl, combine the Frank’s, melted butter, and honey and then toss your shredded chicken in it to coat it well.  Spread the shredded chicken over the pizza and top with grated cheese and some chopped cooked bacon.

We cook the pizza on the BGE pizza stone at about 650F over indirect heat for 4 to 5 minutes.  Keep an eye on…
