I made my first microwave Scrambled Egg today for breakfast. Just never tried it before but after trying it I’ll be making it again! I used the recipe below for the Scramble. I used White Cheddar for the Cheese and had a side of Healthy Life Whole Grain Toast. I found this recipe on http://www.incredibleegg.org/ Great site for Eggs full of info and Egg Recipes.
Ingredients:
2 EGGS
2 Tbsp. Milk
2 Tbsp. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Salt and Pepper
Directions:
1. COAT 12-oz. microwave-safe coffee mug with cooking spray. ADD eggs and milk; beat until blended.
2. MICROWAVE on HIGH 45 seconds; stir. MICROWAVE until eggs are almost set, 30 to 45 seconds longer.
3. TOP with cheese; season with salt and pepper.
