Today’s Menu: Fried Crappie Fillets w/ Diced Potatoes, Cut Green Beans & Shelly Beans, and Whole Grain Bread.

Had another batch of the Lake Okeechobee Crappie! Rolled in Whole Grain Flour and Bread Crumb mixture and seasoned with Sea Salt and Ground Black Pepper then fried in Extra Virgin Olive Oil. I had sides of Cut Green Beans &Shelly Beans, Diced New Potatoes and Aunt Millie’s Whole Grain Sliced Bread.
