Today’s Menu: Prime Rib w/ Green Beans, Carrots, and Hearth Grain Bread.

Had a Prime Rib fillet with sides of Green Beans, sliced Carrots, and Aunt Millie’s Hearth Whole Grain Bread. Roasted the Prime Rib to just about medium rare, came out perfect! As the sides had Green Beans and sliced boiled Carrots along with a slice of Aunt Millie’s Hearth Whole grain Bread. Had Prime Rib left over for a Prime Rib sandwich for lunch tomorrow.
