Grilled New York Bison Steaks & Asparagus

Well I had a craving for a steak yesterday, I thought I was going to get some beef tenderloin, but when I got to Frigs Natual Meats they had some mighty tasty looking bison steaks. I picked up 2 New York cut bison steaks for about $18, which is a pretty good deal in my opinion!
I was also making turkey stock all day and I had a bunch of fresh herbs left over in the fridge, so I minced up some thyme and rosemary to put on the steaks along with some EVOO and some S&P.
