I bought a new Wok this morning and guess what was for dinner, Stir-Fry! Shrimp Chow Mein Stir-Fry. I used Kroger Brand Jumbo White Shrimp, La Choy Sweet and Sour Sauce, Dynasty Baby Corn, Kroger Brand Sliced Water Chestnuts, Ichiban Chow Mein Noodles, Mini Carrots, and sliced Mushrooms. I precooked the Shrimp about 3 minutes and marinated them in the La Choy Sweet and Sour Sauce. I also precooked the Baby Corn and Mini Carrots. I then fired the wok up and cooked the Chow Mein Noodles and then added all the ingredients. I also added a little Low Sodium Soy Sauce as every thing was cooking.
