Today’s Menu: Shrimp Stir-Fry – Black Tiger Shrimp
, Sliced Water Chestnuts, Mushrooms, Carrots,
Bean Sprouts, and Japanese Style Noodles
(Sapporo Ichiban Chow Mein).
I always precook the Shrimp, Carrots, Mushrooms, and
Water Chestnuts before adding all the ingreidents
together with the noodles in the wok. Pepper,
Soy Sauce, Cilantro, and a couple of dashes of Cinnamon

Baked Diced Golden Potatoes, and Whole Grain Bread.
Today’s Menu: Turkey Burger on Whole Grain Bun,
2% Swiss Cheese, Sauteed Mushrooms, and a
splash of Jack Daniels Smoked Honey BBQ Sauce w/
a bowl of Brown Rice.
*I always use a 93/7 Blend of Ground Turkey, less
fat and just enough fat for flavor and frying. (7% Fat)

Today’s Menu: Ground Bison Sirloin Burger on
Whole Grain Bun, Sauteed Mushrooms, 2% Provolone
Cheese w/Baked Diced Golden Potatoes and Whole Grain
Mac & Cheese.
I diced the Golden Potatoes and put them in a bowl
and added Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Parsley, Sea Salt,
and Cracked Pepper. Baked them at 400 Degrees
for 30 minutes.

, Whole Grain Mac and Cheese, and Whole Grain Bread.

Green Chilies, Lettuce, Kraft 2% Sharp Cheddar,
Breakstone Reduced Fat Sour Cream,
Old El Paso Taco Sauce and Old El Paso Stand and Fill
Today’s Menu: Fish Fillet Sandwich – On Whole Wheat
Bun, 2% Kraft Cheese, and a splash of Malt Vinegar
